I came to Anics due to an oil leak. I was informed that it was a simple issue of the filter being put in incorrectly by the previous shop I had visited. I was also told that a gasket needed replacing on the exhaust, which was quite surprising as the previous place had told me I had a hole in my exhaust; that they would have to replace the part. Melanie was incredibly clear and honest on what the issues were, and a pleasure to hangout with while I waited for my car to be ready. I finally feel as if I’ve found a reliable and trustworthy mechanic in Niagara Falls

Sandro and Mel are running an amazing shop! Went in to get my rear brakes and rotors swapped out as they were making a loud noise. Sandro took a look at the front brakes as well and called me to let me know he could do them if I wanted, but I may still have a bit of life in them and they might hold on a little while longer! I appreciate a mechanic who doesnt try and sell you things you dont need! Super professional service! Will definitely be back in the future!

I normally do all the work on our vehicles but when the A/C conpressor failed in the dead of summer I needed a garage with the specialized equipment required to evacuate and charge the system. Everytime I need a garage I always cringe because I havent had good luck with any of the local shops in recent years.After quickly taking a look on google I noticed this little gem of a shop right around the corner with 5 star reviews across the board. I figured hey if even half of these reviews are true I will be in good shape. Well I am happy to report all the reviews are TRUE.Got a chance to chat with Mel, the shop manager, in the nice air conditioned waiting room while the vehicle was being serviced. She was very personable and pleasant to talk with. Got to learn all about the opening up the garage last year and the new start for their young family. After servicing the vehicle Sandro came in to say hi and confirm the work that was completed and what I needed done tomorrow.In summary, great work, great pricing great people. Highly recommended.

I Recently had an Issue with my BMW soft top, I emailed 3 different places, Sandro responded, immediately and within 3 days the problem was resolved at a lower price than he had originally quoted...when does that ever happen!! ..I would highly recommend Sandro for his efficiency and dedication to work.. My air conditioner broke in the middle of July, the hottest time of the year to be driving without AC. I called Anic Automotive, and they fit me in right away. Melanie was so friendly and accommodating. When I got there, Sandro asked me a few questions, popped my hood and hit my AC component with a screw driver, then it started working right away. Of course I still had to replace the part but it was super cheap. Most dealerships would have lied and charged me an arm and a leg. Knowledgeable and honest, this is exactly what everyone needs from their mechanic. Great Experience. !!!
