I have a very sentimental clock that my father gave me when I moved into my first college apartment. It’s almost 10 years later and adjusting the time had become difficult without taking it apart and the hands seemed very loose. He fixed it flawlessly, set the time, and had it back to me the next day. He informed me that the motor had worn out but now it’s keeping time like it was new. I have another clock I plan to bring to this shop, I’m really very happy that I found a local clock expert!

I own a Bolivia mantle clock and it was losing time. It had a AA battery motor that was worn out. After taking it apart the motor I had to replace it with had a shaft too long. So I ended up taking it to Han’s and they replaced the motor with the correct one in less than a week. Great service and workmanship!

Hans is the consummate clock repairer. He loves clocks, as I do. I have 8 wind up clocks, several dating back well into the 1800s, 4 pendulum clocks and four balance wheel clocks (ships bell clocks), one of which was on a US Liberty in WWII. At one time or another, all of them have stopped working. Over the years I have taken them to Hans. He is meticulous, and will not declare the clock fixed until it is totally functional and keeping time to the minute. Currently all are working great - its kind of fun to tinker with them to get all the chiming concurrent. Anyway, if you have a clock that you value and it needs help, Hans is the one to take it to for repair.

Have a 73 year old Grandmothers clock and it was needing service. This place got it working with the full Westminster Chime. All tones are perfect and it is running the way it did when I was a child. It has been in the family since 1944. Trustworthy and very respectful.

Hans is the place to fix the watches. I went there to adjust my watch size. He is a very nice man, helpful, and knows whats he doin. Would recommend it to everyone and will go there every time I need help with a watch or clock.

His prices are good and he is prompt. He wasnt able to fix one of my watches completely, however he gave me all the information to get it fixed by the manufacturer.

He fixed my watch so fast, I didnt even have time to enjoy his air conditioned shop. He was unbelievably quick! Totally five stars!!!
