Broke screen on phone on a Wednesday eve. Searched for repair shop early Thursday morning and found Cell Phone Zone. I was at their door by 9:10. Had phone back and working perfectly at 10:30! OMG. I was expecting 3 or 4 days! Good price. Polite attendant. I could not be happier. 5+ stars.

We are an elderly couple who reside in a rural area of the state and my wifes cell phone needed the battery replaced. I tried several places asking if we could ship it in and have it replaced but no one wanted to help us. I finally contacted The Cell Phone Zone and they were more than ready to help us and my wife had her phone back in 4 days all fixed and working. Thankfully there are still merchants around who value customer service above all else who help the ones who need help. So polite and courteous as well, Thank you again CPZ !!

I originally thought it was great, but after a week or two, the battery became unstuck from the back and now flops around inside. It makes wireless charging difficult if not impossible without putting a weight on the phone to actually get the connection to happen. The back of my case was barely glued on, not exactly a plus there. And to top it all off, the battery they gave me drops substantially below 80% charge doing nothing more than sitting in my pocket for a few hours. Now, as a systems administrator, I know Linux, or any other OS has background processes that can drain the battery. However, over the last few months, while installing nothing new, or generally using nothing but the most basic apps, somehow, my battery goes to well below 80% on a supposedly new battery, while sitting in my pocket. 8 hours of standby is basically 25% of the battery. When new, the same apps and settings used about 4%. I suspect I either got a dud battery, or I was cheated.

These guys are awesome! A couple of years ago someone at Verizon recommended them to me to fix my phone. They fixed it quickly at a very fair price. Since then, the small company that I manage utilizes them to fix all of our phones and iPads with issues like cracked screens and warn out batteries. They are always very professional, fixed the issue quickly and charged a very fair price.Along the way, I noticed that they also repair computers so I brought in a laptop with issues and they fixed that just as easily.This week our main server for our company crashed so I turned to them again. They quickly figured out the issue, provided a workaround solution and saved all of our data. Amazing!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could, the I paid $200 to get my front and back screen fixed. I had to buy AirPods because they messed my speaker up and no one could hear my me talking just static! The day after my phone over heated and cracked! No, I did not drop it. A few days after that I started seeing blue and black ink spots on the screen and now the whole screen is inverted. So thank you for wasting my time and my money now I have to buy a new phone when yall should be replacing this mess! $500+

Affordable and fast. 30min service for a new IPhone X screen.

I had my iPhone Xs screen replaced around 12PM on Saturday. They also installed a screen protector and I put the phone directly into my Otter Box case. I hardly used the phone the rest of the day and it mostly sat on a table. Around 9PM I got home from dinner and there are massive cracks on the screen.Immediately I contact the business and they indicate they are not responsible but I could bring it to see what they could do for me. They offered me the employee discount to replace the screen again.Its unbelievable to me that a screen could last only 9 hours. I will absolutely take my business elsewhere and pay full price for better service. Either the product they use was poor or the installation was subpar.The service they offer is very quick but not worth a slight discount from other stores. I highly encourage you to read through all the 1 star reviews on a variety of websites and take them very seriously.IN RESPONSE TO OWNERS COMMENTOf course the owner has taken the stance that I did something to damage the phone. However, the owner seems to ignore the phone was in an Otter Box which protects the corner they mentioned. It would be impossible to hit the corner.As I told you in the store, I appreciate that employee discount but I will be taking my business elsewhere.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT RELIABLE SERVICEIn September I paid $212 to get my surface pro 3 screen replaced due to a crack. The frame around the crack was chipped, NOT BENT. They took 2 days to fix the screen. I put my tablet into a $60 hard case immediately after as I wasn’t about to use it for a few weeks. A week later I opened my tablet and noticed a small crack on the bottom corner. I examined it and noticed that the corner has scratch marks (from tools) and the frame was bent out.  I took the tablet back to the store and was told that another $200 would be charged to fix it. The tech admitted to the scratch marks on the bottom corner, from bending the frame to place the screen in. He admitted that he bent the frame, pushed the screen in and didn’t bend the screen back. The gap is visibly and you can even see the adhesive used to place the new screen in.  He admitted to messing up but wants to charge me full price to fix it.  I asked if he would fix it for cost of the new screen and he refused even after admitting that he bent the corner.

5 stars all the way! Been there twice. First time cracked glass screen on iPhone. Second time was for screen totally black and not functioning on iPhone. This place is awesome. You break it and they will fix it. Thats not only reason why I gave them five stars. On top of their excellent repair service they also offer great customer service. I was able to call during business hours and get updates fairly quickly. They offer quick service to those who are repeat customers. Being at a leased location than at a kiosk in the mall that can up and disappear overnight, you can trust they will be there when you need them. Their prices are often lower than most or right at average. I have had iPads, tablets and phones fixed here and have never been disappointed. They warranty their work and I have seen it first hand. Oh my god! Been putting off fixing a cracked screen forever, it got worse and worse. One night i leave work and find it odd I cant turn on my phone, i was just on it a few hours ago! Next day still no phone. I am using work phone to call the numbers i know to get numbers i need. I am freaking i am gonna lose all the pictures of my son and Verizon is gonna screw me once again. So i decided to go to cell phone zone! Long story short-I walk in, a gentleman is working on a piece... He stops greets me and i explained my situation. Very fast, Cheap, and good customer service.I had tried going to Batteries Plus, right next to it to get my iPhone 6 screeen fixed. All they did was shake my phone and said they couldnt fixed it because there was something wrong with inside my phone. Didnt even diagnosed it. I had went to Cell Phone Zone, he checked it and said 40 mins itll be ready. There was nothing wrong with it but just the screen. It was done exactly within 40 minutes.

I took my Next Book tablet to Cell Phone Zone to be repaired. I had tried other places but they could not work on the Next Book. When I took it in to this store they greeted me and told me they could work on it. Before I had time to sit down they had the back off and were working on it.
