I had my first visit on Monday October 26th. Mt teeth were cleaned. My experience was great. The staff was excellent. So far, I like Dr. Artzer. Everyone was courteous and professional. I will go back for additional dental care.

Went in to have a root canal procedure done by Dr. Artzer recently and this was by far the best dental experience Ive ever had... His staff is polite, empathetic and very sincere. After bad experiences at other practices, this was a reminder of how its supposed to be. Its one thing to be really good at what you do but its entirely something else when you do it with dignity, class and respect. Four years ago I had an accident which resulted in knocking my front tooth out of my mouth and jamming the one next to it back. I didn’t yet have a dentist in this area but I was referred to Dr. Artzer’s office and they got me in for an emergency appointment. He was able to put my tooth back in with no issues and also made me feel very comfortable dealing with the root canals that came from it. I have always been a big sissy about dental care due to traumatic experiences from my childhood, but I have had now three root canals and a couple cavities filled by Dr. Artzer and I can say wholeheartedly that they go above and beyond to make sure that you’re comfortable. I have since had many teeth cleanings and Joan and Kathy are both wonderful! They make sure to give you advice on what you can do better but it’s never in a negative way- they just want you to have a healthy mouth! Anytime someone mentions needing a dentist I always refer Dr. Artzer’s office. He and his team are simply the best!

I have been going here for 3 years. I have always had the same hygienists and she was always waiting for me when i arrived for my appointment. They kept excellent records and were extremely efficient. I have strong healthy so my visits are quick but i would trust them whole heartily.

Yet another amazing experience. The staff got me in right away and Dr. Artzer (and his assistant!) were personable, professional, and efficient as usual. Going to the dentist is never a fun experience, but they make it much less daunting. Highly recommended.

I needed to find a local dentist since I am new to the area. Everyone was very sweet on my first visit. When I found out that I needed some very costly work, Dr. Artzer and his staff helped me figure out a plan with steps so I could do the work with in my budget. When I returned for the first phase of the work, I was very nervous but they reassured me and continually asked how I was doing. Again, everyone was very sweet. I have found my new dentist and will be getting my husband to come there, also.

My first visit to the office went well: my old records had transferred, my dental insurance had been processed, my appointment started on time and concluded non time. The dental hygienist communicated with me during my cleaning and Dr. Artzer examined me to complete the visit. The staff patiently answered my questions about cosmetic dental work.

All I can say is Im dental phobic and hadnt been to the dentist for an exceptionally long time. So glad I was given his name and built up the courage to go. He works quickly and I have never experienced any discomfort even while getting a crown installed. I get my teeth cleaned and inspected every 6 months and I feel very confident that my teeth and gums are in good shape. My wife had some very serious work done and Dr. Artzer did some amazing work to save one of her molars and install an implant. I highly recommend Dr. Artzer!

I was so scared going to the dentist, but Dr. Artzer and his staff are the best Ive ever seen. Im 45 so Ive seen many dentist, but Dr. Artzer sets the bar extremely high, and his staff does as well, because Ive never seen a dr office with people that are so kind, friendly, and gently. They calmed my fears. Where ever Dr. Artzer is I will be too! Hes the best!

Ive been going to see Dr. Artzer for over 12 years now and its always been a great experience. I dont know how he feels about this, but may he never retire!

Ive had dentures (full Upper and partial lower) for 24 years that have never quite fit, but I have a fear of the dentist so I avoided getting new dentures. Well my partials broke and after fixing them myself 4 times they got to the point that i could no longer repair them. Since I had a loose tooth on the bottom that i knew had to come out i bit the bullet and went to a local chain dentistry outfit because it was close to my house. To make a long story short, after 8 months of them making me dentures (2 uppers) that didnt fit and explaining to the dentist that I couldnt wear them and talk or eat without gagging and that if I glued them in it only worked a couple hours (as long as I didnt talk or eat) he told me that he had made 2 uppers and suggested that I glue them in twice a day. Well that was it, finished with them.I finally took my mothers advice (even though I live in Suffolk) and went to see Dr Artzer (best dental experience of my life) in less than six weeks I now have a set of dentures (full upper & partial lower) that fit, are comfortable and I can eat and talk with them (at the same time if i wanted too :). Through-out the process Dr Artzer and his staff were great, they fully understood that I gag extremely easy and worked with me to get a great set of dentures that I would be happy with. If you need dentures or any dental work I suggest you avoid chain store dentist and go see Dr Artzer. I wont go anywhere else from now on.

Great place. Long-time client. Never disappointed with attitudes of workers and always satisfied with high quality of care. Had an unfortunate experience with a different dentist (forced to go there by schedule issues in a new job) and was worked in by Dr. Artzer within 2 days for a 2nd opinion. So thankful I did as the other dentists office was ready to do 6 fillings when none of them were even close to large enough to justify cutting out a huge part of my tooth to do a filling. Instead, Dr. Artzer encouraged me to continue to floss, brush, avoid sugary drinks, and he will keep an eye on the microscopic cavities at my regular appointment in 6 months. Thank goodness for conservative dentistry practices that dont take advantage of patients or their insurance companies. Never again will I go to a different dentist. This office has seen me through front teeth reconstruction/root canals/crowns after a bike accident (youd never know by looking) through lots of pulled baby teeth to make space, through braces, and into adulthood. Hes the best for children and adults alike.

The attitudes of the people here are horrible. I refuse to go back.

This was the least stressful dental visit Ive ever had. The hygienist who helped me was very friendly and talked me through everything.

This dentist is a bad dentist he told me that I had an abscess in my gum but did not give me any antibiotics for the infection and he said that he would take care of the infection when he did the root canal but thats not happening now so I will not be referring nobody to this dentist
