I initially called Terminix because I found wasps in my daughters room. Terminix came out but said they were unable to help with my problem, gave me inaccurate information and NEVER checked in my daughters room to find where the wasps were coming in from. Bobby called me the day after and offered me knowledge as well as humor. Bobby checked outside my house and in my daughters room, lol. I was very pleased with the service offered to me. Had to change from 5 to 2. I was happy with the initial service and thought Id be using them for the next few years. As is standard, they said if I noticed any issues that they would come spray again for free. I called on a Wednesday, and was told that someone would call me back, the same thing happened on Thursday, Friday and most of Monday. No one called me back until Id called a second time on Monday - and then it was hours later. Ill be going with a different company.

Brent Foster came out did a very thorough inspection and informed us on his findings he gave us a fair quote and we decided to go ahead and treat for the termites. Made an appointment for a 2 hour window. Got a call 15 minutes into the 2 hour window saying they needed to reschedule. Rescheduled for the next day. No call. No show.

I had someone come to my house to work on the attic vents on my house. He told me I had wasp nests and needed to get them sprayed. I called Dodson, that I have used for several years, and asked for help to solve this problem. Bobby Salati came and checked out the vents. He saw that I had a very minor problem and took care of it. He even took the time to inspect other areas around the outside of my house for any other future problems that might happen. Thank you to Mr. Salati for taking the time to explain and be honest with me.

We are new to the area and contacted Dodson for pest control service. We were experiencing a small ant problem that I wanted them to handle. Bobby was my inspector and he was fantastic! Anthony Fabian District Supervisor came out to spray my house today. He was amazing, he showed me all the areas that i never saw that needed extra cleaning. He pulled out the drawers to look for any signs of nesting I was blown away at how thorough he was. I am extremely satisfied with his customer service and knowledge. He answered all my questions. He was early! Most the time when someone says between 10 and 12 the show up either at 12 or 2! I have been extremely pleased with Dodson. They took a bad situation and turned it around for us.
