We have been with PESTOUT for over two years now and have always loved their work. The company is amazing and the workers are always wonderful. But yesterday we had to have a termite inspection and the experience was even more amazing then usual! Josh went above and beyond with customer service. He was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They were very responsive when I reached out about a roach infestation I had. I now have a contract where they come out quarterly which has helped keep my house roach free since the first time they came. It made a huge difference. They also are willing to come out upon request in between scheduled visits as needed. Associates are always professional and friendly.

I’m an only child and care for my mom with Alzheimers. I recently moved back to Virginia from Florida to care for my mom in her house here. We were renting it out for a couple years and had a different pest control company treating the outside, however when I moved back it looked like nothing had been treated whatsoever. Pestout has been amazing! Almost two years ago, stubborn rodents decided to take up residence in my grandmothers yard. I tried all kinds of home remedies and hardware store traps, but nothing worked. Within 2 months of hiring PESTOUT they were completely gone. I kept my contract with them just in case they came back... but they never did. Highly recommend these guys!

I been doing business with these people for a year now, and I am not disappointed. They are willing to come out outside the 3 months which is cool. Its helpful in summer months.My latest tech Keenan was professional, honest, and detailed. However, all of them have been great.Edit:lately the scheduling has been weird. They automatically schedule, and then I get a text notification a couple days prior. Then I have to call and cancel because I didnt want those days. Then I have to keep explaining my situation. Its not a huge deal but someone who is single with a busy schedule Its a little annoying.

So I thought I was doing my house a favor, purchasing freshly ground mulch and putting it in all of the flower beds and gardens around the perimeter of the house. I Have been in construction for 25 Years, I also own several Investment homes and buy and sell real estate. It had been a challenge to find a professional company that I can TRUST and be able to refer to. Once I had an experience with Pest Out it was a done deal! The tech was actually there for the buyer of one of my flips and I was so impressed with him and his professionalism I immediately asked for his business card.I have used them in many of my projects and my properties since, the experience has always been pleasant and HONEST! They have no problem providing me with pictures of their findings and always show up on time.Believe it or not I actually had another well established larger local company tell me that they did not provide pictures, it was too much of a hassle and the pictures probably wouldnt turn out because it was dark down there! LOL, They had no idea I was a contractor and that I had probably been in more crawl spaces than they had by far!
