Ive had a contract with Bales since May of 2017. They originally came out to service my house and based on the pictures you can clearly see that termites and termite damage is still evident and in fact worse than when they initially started treating my house. I trusted Bales to be honest about there work especially since most of their work is done in areas most people dont see everyday. This past May my wife and I noticed termites flying out of the interior and exterior walls. After having 2 other companies come out to inspect the damage they noticed very easily new termite tunnels with new activity. To make matters worse the company that came out to assess the damage took pictures of the damage to prove to me how bad things had gotten over time. I contacted Bales to see if they would help or take care of the damages that was done to my walls, floors and floor joist but the only thing the General Manager could offer me was a referral to another company. The cost to fix the damages comes out to be about $5k. If Bales did not have confidence in their technicians or chemical sprays abilities they should be honest with themselves and close their doors. They had no problem taking my money but could not and will not complete the job.

They are the best! Ive been using them for years, and recommend them to everyone I speak to. They are courteous and professional; from the telephone receptionist, to the exterminator who treats the property. I call them whenever I have a pest issue, and they always get rid of the spiders, ants, and (lately wasps) immediately!Today was no different. So from now on, I will call them every spring before the insect problem develops!!

Bales Termite is my go to for personal and business use. This company gave me an opportunity years ago to learn a trade as a young man. I have since moved on but we only use Bales. There are a lot of companies out there that claim to do what they say there going to do. They are far and few between. Call Bales, they will treat you like family, the services they provide...you wont be disappointed!

As a contractor, I have worked with Bales for over 17 years. They are the only pest control company I refer. They are thorough and honest and their technical knowledge of their trade and crawlspace conditions is second to none. I had the honor of knowing the late Keith Bales on a personal and professional basis. He taught me so much about building science that I still use every day. He passed on that knowledge to his team at Bales and they carry on his legacy of excellence. This is why I only use Bales on my personal home as well.

Asked to have crawlspace and around the foundation treated, showed up,would not do crawlspace, would not contact office and check the order, sprayed around the foundation and left! Very poor customer service.
