We have been using Terminix for several years now and have always been pleased with their service, but we are exceptionally grateful for our current technician, Michael Ryder. He is always kind, considerate, knowledgeable and helpful. He goes above and beyond and provides amazing service!

Bob is Great!! He’s definitely a people person. I run a community with 104 units in Norfolk and he always has a smile and is very pleasant to everyone he encounters. He has a smile that brightens the room. I don’t think it gets any better then this. If you want great service ask for Bob!

They seemed knowledgeable about my problem, and were confident that a patient process would resolve the issue. I requested one respray when results seemed slow, and they complied at no cost. Nevertheless I find $125 a bit pricey for 20 minutes of spraying outside.

Poor customer service rep Kathy was rude,disrespectful took weeks to get service and poorly done do not use orkin of Newport news horrible ! They didnt want my service sad have used orkin before no issues this office in newpport news nasty and rude going to Terminix

I called two weeks ago to just inquire about pest control and was talked into leaving my card information for an appointment spot just incase i wanted service. I told them I was just seeing what options I have. They did not notified that someone was coming to my home, they did not do a call to ask if I still wanted service before coming. I was not home when service was provided. I will never work with this company the communication is so horrible. I dont even know what was done to my home. I will be calling someone on this matter soon.

Inspector was on time and courteous. I received my post inspection report the next day via email.

Aaron Judge has been our Terminex rep for 6 months and I just have to take a moment to give this young man praise. He is always so polite to does a thorough job in getting the job done. What I thought it was going to be a long process to treat, really took no time to clear up and I really attribute to Aaron’s attention to make sure he got to all the problem areas and even return if we had any issues.Really pleased with our service.

It was Josh’s First visit for servicing the exterior of our home. When informed him we had a problem with ants in one of the bathrooms, he addressed that first. He he answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns about the treatment and any potential residual effects, particularly with toddlers at home. He then did a thorough inspection to familiarize himself with our property. Given the presence of ants in the bathroom, he followed up with a thorough inspection of the exterior and discovered and treated the source of the problem. After applying the treatment, he gave a comprehensive report of the service. He was cordial, engaging, and professional. We were very pleased with the service. Thank you.

Dee is a wonderful Technician. He is a professional. I had a bad ant problem last year during the summer time and he helped take care of the problem. I have yet to see any ants. He is very friendly and address any other concerns immediately. I trust Terminx with treating my Pest Control needs. I dont mind paying the high price quarterly because I am getting quality and excellent service. Also, during the quarter, you can call Terminx if you have any issues which is a great service because the technican will be scheduled to provide additional services.Thanks Dee for your assistance and for being very knowledgeable about your job.

Gary has got to be one of the BEST Terminix employees I have had the pleasure of dealing with. He takes care of my residents at a multifamily property with ease. We have several senior residents and he takes the time and the care to speak with them and help them understand the process as well as give them a friendly face. Many have come in to tell me he takes a few minutes to just check on them during his visit. I cant tell you how amazing he really is!

This was our initial service with Terminix and he genuinely sought to understand the problems we are experiencing in order to provide us with the best option to lower the limit of future issues. In the midst of this pandemic, he made sure to wear protective gear according to CDC guidelines in our home. This truly put my heart at ease. We are pleased to join the Terminix family!

I just had an inspection of my new installation and rodent activity done by Karl from Terminix Newport News and l am happy to hear all results are good especially the no rodent activity. It was expensive but well worth the service that was done. That included sealing all entry points, taking out all the old contaminated installation, reinstalling new installation... that is thicker then what was in there before and sitting up traps to make sure that the activity is no longer existing. I can sleep at night now without having loud noises from rodents visiting in my attic. Karl personality is outstanding and he is very serious about his job. He will make sure you understand the total process of getting the problems resolved. If I had any more questions/problems Karl was right back out here to take care of it. I can’t be anymore happier with his knowledge and service. I know you don’t know me.... but you will be very pleased from the beginning of this service to the end. If you want it done right call Terminix and ask for Karl he will explain all the details to you and then you can go from there. The inspection is free! Thank you Karl and Terminix. I work with Terminix at the apartment complex that I work at and have been using them for almost 4 years. Over the 4 years Priscilla and Dwayne have serviced us several times. Aaron Judge is a great asset to Terminix. He is always early or on time and makes every effort to address my concerns. I had never seen bugs in my home and was devastated. He assured me that the product works and returned as many times as necessary to ensure the value of my investment.

I’m happy with everything so far, the only issue I had was when I signed up for the service I was told the tech would clean spider webs located outside the home. This was not completed and the tech even stated in his service report that he cleared spider webs. Other than that I am happy with the service and price.

Bait traps in the ground surrounding my home seem to be working better than the previous method of treatment of treat after termites are active (if you can see them). Glad you went back to your old system with the bait traps!

They’ve sprayed four times since June 2020 and the only bug that is no longer at my house that used to be is silverfish. I still have water beetles that look a lot like roaches, spiders, and ants. I pay for quarterly service and see no real results. Seriously thinking of switching companies.

Service is good but online account management isn’t good at all. I am renting out my house so paying online is preferred but I’ve had to call in or send checks. It would be ok if I wasn’t overseas. The actual services are great though!

I am very happy with my Terminx service! When I moved into my house 2 years ago, had issue with ants and some spiders in the summertime. Today hardly any, my service guy, Aaron J. does an excellent job every month. Thank you!

The terminix agent that came to my house recommended a litany of extra things to be performed including redoing the vapor barrier and installing humidifiers. I looked up the equipment that wasuwas and thought that, based on the picture that he sent me,h may have been using it incorrectly. They reccomended over $6000 worth of work on my house. So of course I got a second opinion from a company that does foundation work only. They told me the readings the terminix guy gave me were incorrect, and solidified my auapisions. My house did not need any work at this time, and if I had done what terminix had reccomended it wouldnt have been successful to lower the moisture by only redoing the vapor barrier and installing humidifiers. The terminix guy also told me there was mouse poop under the house. So I crawled under the house. He neglected to tell me there was also cat poop under there from a stray in the area. So I closed up all the spaces to enter under the house. So BEWARE AND GET A SECOND OPINION.

Have used Terminix for our pest control for many years. Aaron Judge is now our technician and have had no complaints. He is courteous and thorough at his job.

Service with Terminix began in October 2019 primarily for American wood roach infestation along with ants, silverfish and spiders. We are under an annual contract with quarterly service. Due to regular activity, the technician has been to our residence every month since October. As of June 2020, we are still seeing activity of all the aforementioned pests. Not an expert in this area but would have expected to not be experiencing issues after eight months of treatment.

Aaron Judge was a professional and knowledgeable technician. Customer service outstanding.

We have used Terminix for the last 8 years. Aaron is our present technician and he is always prompt and pleasant. I like that he is conservative with the chemicals. We have noticed no changes with less poison, so apparently he knows what he is doing.

First and foremost they did not wear a mask and you had a guy in training and the guy that was training was very unprofessional. I am really considering a different company.
