John is the best. He always takes the time to explain everything. His professionalism and knowledge is top notch. He never nickel and dimes me on extras and always makes sure that we are satisfied with his services. He even calls us every now and then just to make sure things are going well. I highly recommend Tidewater Pest Services - they are top-notch. Everyone we met and worked with was knowledgeable and experienced. In addition to a preventative termite treatment, Tidewater Pest Services installed two dehumidifiers in our crawlspace. Excellence all around.

We called Tidewater Pests because we saw a few water bugs, ants, spiders, and roaches in a short period of time in our house. I was very upset about the bugs. They came out within a week. The guy was very nice and knowledgeable. He even arrived 30 minutes early. He told us that our tree was our issue and how we could fix it. He treated the outside of the house.It rained for 4 straight days after the guy treated the house. We were worried that the treatment would be ineffective due to the rain. We called the company and they sent the guy back out to retreat the outside of our house due to our concern. How awesome is that?Great service!!

Weve been using Tidewater Pest Services for a few years now. They are professional to work with, always on time and have great prices. We have quarterly pest visits and in the warmer months they spray our yard for mosquitos as well as fleas and ticks for our dogs. Thank you guys!

I have a quarterly service contract with Tidewater. The technicians always show up when they are supposed to and since signing up for regular maintenance I have had no issues with pests of any type. Horrible customer service.We were given a termite warranty when we purchased our home by the seller. When the time came to renew, we received a coupon in the mail for a free inspection for new customers, so I called and scheduled an appointment.The inspector had no idea what to do with the coupon and I have no idea what he actually did when he inspected because he was here for maybe 5 minutes.The report he showed me had the incorrect records and wrong floor plan for our house. I called to ask about the coupon and was rudely told we couldnt use it because we werent new customers. Although we should have been treated like we were, she said no because there was previously a warranty set up for this address. And even though the warranty wasnt for us, we still couldnt use it.We would have been loyal customers, as we dont personally like shopping around. But now we will go else where because we were treated badly.Coupon or not, she was very rude and I dont trust that a thorough inspection was done.For 108 dollars, you certainly expect a bit more.

TSP was recommended to us after we became diapleased with a National Exterminating. Adam was very knowledgeable and managed an efficient and knowledgeable repair and dehumidifier installation crew that was courteous and tidy. Price was fair.

I called TPS when I bought my house to take care of termite damage and they did a great job. They continue to do quarterly pest services and annual termite inspection on my home and we have not had any issues. The customer service is excellent, our technician, Scott, has been very professional and always on time. Our dog has even started to recognize him and gets excited when he shows up. I would absolutely recommend TPS to anyone who needs pest or moisture work in their house.

Terrible manners one one of their guy cut me off while driving on Warwick ave today and blew the horn and he flicked me off and swerved back and forth in the lane. If this is how your guys drive. How do they act around customers and their houses ?
