Well, for my African-American people I will never go to this business establishment again. A Caucasian man came in while I was being serviced & he bought a gift card with his credit/debit card. They processed his transaction and he went on his way with his gift card in hand. When me and my daughters went to pay with my debit card they asked me for cash and I was never told upfront that they do not take cards. Mind you, they have a working credit machine at the desk. That was the first problem. The next problem was that they are rough when servicing your nails and not personable AT ALL. And the straw that broke the camels back was that the nail tech made my daughter’s toe bleed & never said a word. We only noticed after leaving that her toe was bleeding. DO NOT go there, they are not worth it. A horrible experience!

The women in my family have been coming here for years! Absolutely love the entire staff, it’s a small family owned business. I’ve had everyone here do my nails and have never had a complaint! They do your pedicures forever, and the prices are unbeatable.

My regular spot was booked, so I stopped here on a whim. Got a full set, and pedicure in a timely manner. The technician was friendly, and he did an awesome spa pedicure.

Made me bleed when taking off my nails. Extremely rough and they only take cash 🥴

DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR EYEBROWS!!! I asked for a wax to clean them up on Monday. She waxed half of my brows and they are super thin and uneven now and she failed to clean them up. I do know WHY she did that!!! I have been VERY upset about this and I feel like they’ve been shaved off. It looks so horrible and I have to spend an hour in front of the mirror trying to fix them with a pencil. I will now have to wait months for them to grow back. I also had to buy a growth serum that I am praying will work. I will never return to this place or let ANYONE touch my eyebrows again !!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

DO NOT GO TO US NAILS! THEY LIED ABOUT THE PRICE!!!!The woman told me when I sat down that it would be 20 for a full set and 5 for extra length. So in total, I was supposed to pay $25 TOTAL. And I said, So its $25? And she said, Yes, $25. When she finishes my nails, I tell my mom to grab my card from my bag and I say The price is supposed to be $25. My mom comes back with a receipt that says $28 instead! I tell the woman, Why is it $28, you said $25 when I sat down. (Me and my mom were the only ones in the shop, so we had no witnesses) And the woman said, No, I said $28 and then the other nail tech woman with her says, Yeah, its $28 And I could not believe that they swindled me out of my money. My mom believes they took it out of my card because my mom didnt give them a tip (she usually does, but she didnt like the way they did her nails). And this is practically illegal. Please DO NOT go to US nails. And i still payed that price and a week later, one of my nails fell off. And what she gave me was NOT extra length. Please do not waste your money on scammers. I wish I could give a rating of 0 stars, but I cant. And if i ever choose to go back, I need $8 off of what I get for not getting extra length and getting a false +$3 price.

So to start off they dont take credit cards. They are. not updated, meaning they dont have dip power.I needed a new set, so the dude had to take off what I had. He was rough when taking the acrylic off and ended up cutting my finger. So unfortunately now Im walking around with one finger not filled in. I WILL NEVER RETURN.

Manicures, pedicures, gel nail, waxing face and legs, they do a wonderful service to help me look better. Friendly and wait time is not an issue. oh, i also get a design painted on my nails, and i get alot of compliments. i DO recommend this business to those who want a great spa experience.

I won’t go back. Attitudes and disrespect. If you request something they have an attitude and discuss it with everyone else. Rolling eyes and the like. I guess these shops are just used to folks coming in and not having anything to say. Just sit down and shut up.

Ive been hear on numerous occasions and never had a problem. Today I walk in at 345 trying to get a pedicure. I have 3 customers come after me and get served one of them actually asks if I was next I say yes then she pleaded I go ahead of her. The male that works there emphatically shakes no. About 5 min later one of the workers come to me and asks to come back another time and that they have appointments for the rest of the day. Mind you its about 3 hours till close of business. So ridiculous.

This place has been around a long time. I like all the employees there! Awesome pedicures!

Got a gift card for Christmas. Never been here before. I did a spa pedicure. Everything was going just peachy until the gentlemen started clipping my toe nails. He cut them past the nailbed and then he filed them. Which made my toes all sore. After that he used the cuticle trimmer and ripped off the some of my actual skin. When he massaged my legs and scrubbed them it felt like he was trying to dig into my legs. My legs were extremely red and my toes still hurt and its been 4 hours since I left there.

They took great care of us and my eyebrows look awesome!
