I’ve been coming here for over 6 years. It’s always very clean and the staff is very polite. Anthony has been doing my gel nails for about 2 years now and he is always on time, my nails are beautiful, and there are many colors and designs to choose from. He also does an amazing job on my pedicures. The price is very good for the service and i am picky when it comes to my nails. I will continue to come here and recommend to others looking for a clean nail salon with great service.

I think I got an inexperienced nail tech…I would not recommend coming here for a French full set. I’m actually going down the road to have this set taken off. For starters she did not take off all of my old nail polish. There is a very visible red line of polish around the edge of my nail bed. All of my nails are uneven, the polish is thick and sloppy. She was very sweet, but at the end when I showed them how my nails were worse than when I came in, they said it was because I chose a thick polish???? Made me pay full price and did not offer to remove them. I’ve included photos—not worth the $55 in my opinion.

Anthony does an amazing job with gel manicures, full sets, and pedicures!!! Very gentle when working on a client and always does a great job satisfying me and my mother. If you come here I would highly recommend him and him only.

This place RUSHES. They will use any family they have available to work on your nails. Super inexperienced, and do not care if you complain. If you get a full set, expect to look like you need a fill the same day. Whether that’s from poor polishing or using acrylic. Also BE very clear on what is the charge, before any service. Whoever do your nails will give you a price, and whoever checks you out will swipe your card for whatever service they think you had.Also, long time customers will ask for Michael(the owner), which is probably best, because he is the only experienced nail tech. However he doesn’t care about customer service or quality.I NEVER get eyebrows or lashes. I’ve watched them go from doing nails/pedicure, taking card payments with no hand washing or gloves to reusing the same eyebrow wax stick on every single customer who gets lashes or brows.Good luck if you decide to go there😣😣😣😣😣😣😖😖😖😖😖 I wish I could give Zero stars.

Got them done on Monday and this is them by Thursday.. why did I pay extra for gel polish just for them to PEEL OFF sooner than regular polish would? Don’t go to this place. I won’t be back. I paid $25 and $5 tip for this. And I do not work with my hands!

I got my nails done Friday evening and the nail tech #8 had to be unexperienced. she did my nails and could not understand me when speaking mostly, or it appeared that way. The acrylic was on my cuticles and did not wash off and my nails were thick and did not look right at all. I went back and spoke to Michael to ask them to be fixed and he said, okay and told me where to sit never saying there was going to be a fee for their mess up. The young man #3 fixed my nails and said 20.00. I was charged 20.00 after paying 35.00 within two days. I was never told prior to having fixed that there was a cost. They did not honor they mistakes. They do not care about customer service or what is right, but money. I will never go there again. I have been going there before he became the owner. He lost a customer!

Extremely Quiet. I love the leg rests during the pedicure which made it enjoyable and relaxing. Powered Dip nails is not arable so I settle for mood. I love the fact that nails and pedicures are performed by the same tech.

If I could give a negative star to any business this would be the one. I came in to get my nails taken off and the guy who did it was so rough I literally started crying. After I told him many times that what he was doing was hurting me he just kept going on and didn’t care. When it came time to use the electric buffer he barely did it and left my nails in a mess, the top layer is flaky and uneven and looks terrible. When I asked him if he could clip the nail down a little he told me no and kept telling me no until I basically forced him to. When I told him it was a bad job he said that it was my nails not him. They are unprofessional, rude, And don’t listen to the client. If I can help anyone I would say do not go here and waste your money.

2 weeks ago I got my nails done, I don’t kno the guy name that did them, but needless to say they was not how I wanted them, but I kept them on for 2 weeks. I went and got a fill Wednesday by mike, and he asked where did I get me nails done I told him I got them done here and showed him who did them he started cussing and told me when I come back to get my fill to make a appointment with him!! If i could give this place ZERO STARS i would! Worst place I have ever been too!!!! I had heathy nails and would regularly get gel nail only. Came here for the first time and they completely DESTROYED my nails. Every single nail started to crack halfway down the nail after the first day and got caught on everything had to rip off the rest down lower than my nailbed. Called to tell the place and ask if they could take them off for me please so I could try to save the rest of my nails and they said they would charge me for take off and if I wanted to get them redone I would have to pay full price!!!! I will NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. If you want to save your nails do NOT COME HERE.

Anthony did my nails and cut my nails too short for the $35 length cut. He told me he was charging me $35 for the length cut plus $10 for gel and $5 for pink tip. I tried calling this establishment hoping they would resolve the issue since he cut it too short and spoke with a guy who said he was a manager and his name is Michael. Michael kept taking up for Anthony without even seeing how short he cut my nails. I want to speak to the head supervisor of this establishment and I am taking this establishment to court. You all need to stop taking advantage of paying customers. T

I called to schedule an appointment and the man who answered hung up on me mid question “ok bye click” and I got no answer when I tried to call back.

I asked for a regular mani/pedi the nail technician performed a spa mani/pedi so instead of $37 she charged $50. I spoke with the manager he treated it as if it was no big deal. I will not be going back because it’s the principle of the matter. The nail technician did not do a good job. My nails looked as if they were painted by someone who doesn’t paint nails for a living. Not to mention how rough she was. In my opinion she faked as if she didn’t understand English in order to take advantage of the customer. I’m not in the habit of spending my money in places where all customers are not valued. Beware when utilizing this Business. Needless to say the money she managed to swindle is all she received. Got a manicure on my natural nails with gel polish. Polish was thick, lumpy and started peeling and chipping. I called about the issue and they told me to come in just so they can tell me they will only fix one nail but not the rest. For the money I spent I might as well have gotten regular polish because that’s the way it looks and I haven’t even gotten a full weeks wear. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!! They constantly open businesses in our community and lack respect and good customer service. Would it have killed them to just redo my polish and have a happy returning customer, no they don’t care about losing you because another one will come right behind you. Stop supporting businesses that don’t care about you or your community!!!

Two weeks ago went in a set of colored acrylics and they did a great job but two popped off easily a week later. A few days ago I went in for a new set in the evening, and said be would do it but he just did regular acrylics with gel polish. Im not usually one to make complaints, but by the next morning i realized how bumpy, thick, and uneven they were. The acrylic wasnt even to my cuticle. I called and was told to come back and they would fix it free of charge. I go in and explain i wanted colored acrylic & again he said he would do it, he said no charge. He filed down a little and put new polish. I was STILL charged even though i was told i wouldnt be. One day later, a nail pops off. Wont be returning.

Micheal rushed my nails, just got them done last night and looks like I need a fill already. My whole nail isn’t painted, some are going sideways and the tip is not covering my real nail. If I was you please don’t waste your time he rushes through ppl just to get the money before closing.TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE ! Nails by Gina, miracle nails or la Rosa get your moneys worth

Had a pedicure 2 hours ago that was rushed and very mediocre. Cuticles were not even touched and as in touching my feet at this moment, dead skin still on the heels.

I went in to get a fill and pedicure. First the man was pushy with getting gel polish. Secondly he made 1 nail uneven and you still can see the previous polish I had on. For 80 dollars you would expect much more quality service.

All my nails are different shape, I got shirt nails literally the length of my natural nail they had a girl who don’t know how to do anything or speak English, my acrylic came off they had three different people on my hands and tried to charge me $50 then $40 then changed it to $45 because he felt he did a good job and was being rough with my hands, they were crowded, babies standing in chairs, loud obnoxious clients loud in the phone talking about inappropriate things in just disappointed never coming back

This place is terrable the people who work there are mostly unducated on how to properly do nails. First of all she didnt cover my acual nail with the white gel (very ugly) ans second they havnt even been on a week and theyre falling off! On average nails should last like atleast 5 weeks ! Rediclious! And i payed $50 for these. And got the lady who they say is better at doing the pink and white when i rold them i wanted french tips i had to repeat myself several times before they understood me. Dont waste your money here 😠😠😠😠

Tracy and Annie are the bomb!! Can’t go wrong with either of these ladies!! I normally go to Annie, but i tried Tracy today and honeyyyyyyy she is so quick and precise and i like how she is very neat and does a great job my nails are so nice

I went for a traditional mani and pedi to include white polish on both my finger and toe nails. The manicurist was extremely rough. He roughly handled me, slapped my leg and even pushed his own nails into my hands. To top everything off the nail polish that was used was old and clumpy. At that point is when he began not to understand that polish was not supposed to be thick and chunky. My nail polish turned pink the next day. I think they probably do great fake nails but for a mani and pedi...not so much. Good luck to you if you use this establishment...just steer clear of the rough guy.

The guy in the front of the shop does a pretty good job on my nails. I kept them plain to look more natural tho. Im very particular about them putting acrylic on the sides of my nails where the water usually damages it and he made sure he did everything right. He took his time.

Got there at the open of business this morning. The staff was very polite and courteous. Established was clean. Was serviced within 5 minutes of arrival. I got a fill-in with gel polish and my husband got a pedicure. Both technicians did excellent jobs! Very impressed. Price point was spot on for the quality services recieved. Will definitely return next time i am in the area.

Very unprofessional, was told my business was not wanted, rude and I’m a customer there would not give my money to them again I have never been turned away by a business before and I was not rude or mean all I asked was to get my nails reshaped even willing to pay. The man did not even stand up to help me or look at my nails just shoo’d me away in front of other customers. I have been going here since the beginning of January to try something different but back to LeRosa. I go.

I just came in yesterday to get gel polish done, the nail tech who did my nails wouldn’t put the original color I picked on, and then when he did a color, the polish wasn’t consistent, didn’t remove all of my previous color which you can still see or the sides, it was sloppy and didn’t cover all of my nails and then told me it was because of the color I chose, he did end up redoing them yesterday. I went back in today to have them fixed (again) because they’re starting to pull up on the sides and are so thin in some spots they (to me) look bad and they told me it looks fine and that it would be a full service to fix.I would not recommend this place.

If only I could give them 0 stars!!!!! I got my lashes done there and they were so thick and heavy!!!! There was so much glue on my lashes and lid that I could not get the lashes off!!! Over half of the individual lashes was covered in glue. I went back to Le Nails to have them removed three weeks after having them done to have them removed and they refused to take them off. Had them removed at Crystal Nails. If you need your lashes done please do not go here!!!!! Please drive down Warrick to Crystal Nails. Crystal nails does the best lashes and nails on the peninsula!!!!

Got a pedicure and lashes. Never had lashes done before but immediately after I hated it. Didnt like the way that it felt or the fact that it was obstructing my vision, not to mention the lashes didnt even go to the edge of my eyelid - it was like I just had lashes in the middle of my eyes. The next morning one was halfway off so I had to pull the rest of it off which really hurt!! The layer of glue was soooo thick!! At least I was happy with my pedicure.

Best quality for the money! Every nail tech that I’ve had has done a fabulous job! They also do eye brows and lash extensions! Make appointments during busy season because will be waiting forever!

This was my favorite salon for about 3 years. I drive from Hampton University just to go there because I loved the service, atmosphere, and music. Jojo was my favorite tech because he would do great designs. His sister Tina is pretty good too.A few months ago I noticed the employees and the products changing. Theyve always had decent prices but they started pushing to up sell. I had to decline numerous times to the point where I started to get uncomfortable. Their quality of service started to decline too. My nails began lift and crack more easily and the paint chipped faster and more frequently even though I was getting gel. My pedicures felt rushed and low quality.I just havent been happy with their service lately and my last experience there was not a good one and that makes me want to find a new salon. Especially after they told me Jojo was no longer working there.

Only needed one nail fixed because it broke over the weekend. Got there at 5:40 and the owner refused to help me because he said “we are closed” even though they still had the open sign lit up and they don’t close until 6. I expressed to him that it was 5:40 and he said “yea but we closed” first time trying to come and and I’ll never be back. Rude and unprofessional. Will stick with Jonlee salon. Tracy is the best.Being a man and getting a pedi cure is not usually done. But my ladies like a man with great feet! Total excellence! Feet feel great. Not rushed at all.

Over time there service has gone further down hill. Everybody in the shop does not perform the same level of work, so it’s 50/50 and risky that you may have a bad experience. I felt rushed. The eyebrow wax I’m not even going to mess with because I’ve seen them sit down and do too many customers while double dipping. Poor work and they don’t seem to care about quality . My set was terrible and they were popping off

We are paying him and should get what we want. I went back and he nearly took off my whole eyebrow you should see it now I have to use a pencil to fill it in also be careful because when you tell him something he doesn’t have a lot of patience to listen to you. He always says yeah yeah I know I know OK and doesn’t listen he rushes through to get to the next person doesn’t have patience and seems very first-rate it in tense. He’s not doing my eyebrows anymore the only thing he can do is my eyelashes and maybe my nails but he rushes through that as well. And this is the owner.

If I could review and give less than 1 star, I would. I dont know what happened, but every service is now less than satisfactory....nails, pedis, and lashes. I paid $25 for lashes on Friday and had to go back today because the entire right side came off in less than 2 days. He had the nerve to tell me bed charge $13 to fix it. I left and will NEVER go back. That $13 just cost them $200/month......I dont care how far I have to travel, I will NEVER go back....and if quality and customer service matter, neither should you!!!

GREAT SERVICE! Everyone in here treated me like I had been going there for years. No complaints at all. I accidentally messed up the nail polish on my toes and they fixed them with no hassle, and the prices are reasonable.

Horrible job, never again will I pay $35 on my real nails,with regular polish, no designs, and they were mad short. The board said $23 full set regular polish. I don’t understand why it was $35. These people were taxing Just for extra money. These people had me all the way bent. One of my nails is crooked and all my nails have acrylic stuck underneath them. I was rushed and my nails didnt even last a week. She also asked me to pay her before she was finished, I dead can see why. Worst nail job of my life, I will be sticking with Tom at TC nails across the street from them.

Place was TERRIBLE. The quality of my pedi was basic... not bad not great either. I came with two other people. They waited over 40 min before starting a pedi and the owner worked on another persons nails that came in after us. They charged 10 extra dollars for nails and their reasoning was that her nails werent regular length. Her nails werent long... it required the regular nail they put on and it was cut down. They said anything longer than the length of the regular finger nails is $5 more. They also charged 5 for the coffin shape which was expected. While I was asking the person who did her nails why she was charged extra, she shook her head and said, No, and walked away while I was speaking. The owner tried to agree that anything longer than nail length right above the nail beds is long nails and should be extra. They were rude and rushed us to take forever to help us. I wouldnt recommend this place at all. They were so rude that other customers were shaking their heads and agreeing with me whem I said I should write a bad review.

The gentleman hung up on me and would not answer phone after calling back several times because I did not know the name of the lady that did my nails. I was trying to make an appointment and He was RUDE!

I went to get my eyelashes done...they used weave bonding glue to apply them, like a dummy I sat there and got it done. As soon as I got in my car to look at them my I saw that my eye was red from irritation, I wasted $15

My pedicure was out of sight, but disappointment came with my full set. Owner was rude kept snatching my hand and snaking it down. As he was doing my nails he had a attitude. In the process my nail came off and he just stuck it up there. And 2 days later its back off. Was even told to put my phone down . Never will I return and if I do never will I let him on me.
