Nia did my nails and I love them! She was very attentive and didnt rush to get me done like most places. Definitely will be going back. Thanks again
By far the worst eyebrow experience I’ve ever had! Service was done by short chubby light skin girl that was atleast well mannered to say the least but service was TERRIBLE. One eyebrow is different from other, other eyebrow looks as tho it wasn’t touched. No type of arch and loose hairs all around eyebrow! A child could do just as good work, For sure won’t be returning!
I got a pedicure and a fill in with gel polish 1.5 weeks ago. I never ever ever do reviews, but listen, i keep looking at my nails. They are the worst I’ve ever had. It’s so bad that i don’t even want to have them repaired at that shop. I will never go back. These are my real nails, so even worse. Nia stated she just graduated from nail school, so maybe she needs to be trained up more efficiently so that customers who continue to go to her can get their money’s worth. Not be overcharged for amateur work. Nia did not properly lay the acrylic on my nails. Very very uneven. Laying on my cuticles, causing lifting. Gel polish even worse. Thick and uneven. Not worth the money. If i knew how to post a pic i would.
Very pleasant atmosphe also did a nice job,I speared them went back and she fixed them with no questions asked
Gel polish on toes is chipping and it’s less than two weeks since my appt. 😳 I’m use to being good for a month or two.
Probably the worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon. To start off, the tech that did my nails had on acrylic nails that were about an inch long and had to fix my nails a few times from the dents she put in them with her nails. Then, she kept on putting layers and layers of acrylic powder which made it very lumpy and thick and when she shaved them down they were still uneven. I specifically said I wanted regular nail polish but she did gel anyways, didn’t even ask to confirm, and added an extra layer of polish that I didn’t even ask for. I was charged an extra $20 for things I did not want. It also took nearly two hours for a basic manicure with acrylics. I will never come back here again.
I called an made an appointment with Chelsie. She took me back promptly, and went to work! I have been going to my nail tech for years, and was hesitant about stepping out.. I also wanted to support Claudia, the CEO (Veteran Owned). Chelsie, was very thorough doing my pedicure which meant a lot to me. She is very warm to talk to and made sure I was content. I will return again.
I got an acrylic fill with gel polish and 4 accent nails that had a design. My acrylic was lumpy, polish was uneven and on my cuticles, and the design on one of the accent nails came out terrible with no attempt to fix it. They charged me $58 for the terrible nails that took them over an hour and a half to do because they moved at the slowest pace possible and were more concerned with the food they were ordering than the customers they had. Also, the girl that did my nails would ignore me if I asked a question and even put her headphones in to listen to music. They are the most unprofessional and unskilled salon I’ve ever been to.Edit - in response to owner: No, the tech was not hard of hearing. The other techs were making fun of her for not listening/ignoring them, so I know she was doing the same exact thing to me.
They did so nice
Love it here! It’s like a home away from home, honestly. Everyone is so nice and super talented. I love the services they provide and I can’t wait to go back!!
