We rented two (2) vehicles for a big Indian-style wedding, a Lambo and a Karma Fister, both were beautiful! It was important for us to have a red Lambo, so BHRAC (Newport Beach office) initially found one for us. Approximately a week from the wedding, he informs us that the client renting the red Lambo continues to extend his rental, so BHRAC offered a yellow Lambo. This was not acceptable nor was it in the spirit of the original reservation. BHRAC understood our criticality, and upon their own initiative, negotiated a swap with the other client (who was in Las Vegas, by the way), and towed the red Lambo back for our wedding. This made a world of a difference, and we sincerely appreciated BHRAC going the extra mile.The Karma Fister was surprisingly a very sporty, luxurious, and fun car to drive. Both cars were delivered and picked up at our wedding site (Marriott Spa & Resort in Newport Beach).Throughout the transaction period, BHRAC staff (Jay was our agent) was very professional, while the vehicles were clean and in great shape!Thank you BHRAC for helping us make the wedding very special and memorable!
