If I could give this location 0 stars I would ... the guy that was in the store working claim to be the manager when the managers name is Joe.. refused to follow the boost mobile 7 days defective warranty boost offers. Continued to argue with me that they would not exchange the device that was purchased hours before .. spoke to customer care they told me the phone had to be exchanged at the location it was purchased... the employee refused to give me a badge ID or a store # needless to say I will never return to this location the employees have no customer service skills what so ever !! I will no be taking my business to the heath store and dealing with jen !!

On more than one occasion I have found this particular location to be extremely unhelpful. The few times I have been here everything has felt like a hassle and if he can’t make any money good luck getting the help you need! On one occasion I was simply asking for help activating a mobile phone. A few clicks and a short call for him and it’s done. For me, I have spent over an hour on the phone and not been able to get it activated still.

Service is a little better than used to be. Fast & friendly place when going to pay your bills.. You get a phone through this place & get insurance & if something happens they will not replace your phone!!

I have always liked them but I never had to go to the store before. That really sucked, no help at all. It was a waste of time.
Very poor customer service worker would not even look at us telling us with his head down that we could not finance a phone after being boost customers for 3 years.. Will definitely be switching phone companys now
Easy and fast activation
Advertising for the smart pay program on every price tag but woman had to call someone else to ask about how to do the stupid smart pay program and the person on the phone said dont. We dont participate in it. So when asked what stores do participate in it she replied I dont know, sorry I cant help you. Your better off buying a phone from the dollar store than this boost mobile store
The wifi, and data was horrible, phone was ok but right in the middle of a important event on the smart phone and suddenly it just stops and you loose your work. Store employees are shysty, no service solutions and when you are in the office telling them your phone has insurance the company changed the policy and now you have to call a number in Malaysia and deal with the process of getting a new phone delivered to you if your approved SCREW THAT!
Store was nice...dude at counter was nice...but had no knowledge about the phones there...tried to tell me the lg g6 has no micro sd slot which in fact it does. Also being a boost customer for 15 years they offered no specials at this store... Only offered a plan where you make payments on the phone lol stupid... The lg g6 is 269.99 in the store online boosts site its 199 and then a %20 discount.I went to my original store off brice rd and Livingston in columbus and go and behold they said i was elidgable for an upgrade guess what it was...the lg g6 for $100!!!Each store has their own dealsbut mt.vernon rd or heath locations are not the places to go for a deal.I will never go into that place again

I always have great service here, but it seems like others do not. The thing you readers need to understand is that if someone in front of you is buying, and activating a new phone IT IS GOING TO TAKE SOME TIME. This does not mean the staff is ignoring you. They are doing thier best to serve each customer as quickly as possible. That being said yelling, or getting upset with the staff because they didnt serve you as quickly as you wanted them to because of other customers is not thier fault. Plan your time better. Plan on a wait, and be happy if theres not.
Their rebate program is a bogus. They tell you at the beginning you will get a rebate after 8 weeks. Then they tell you it will be another 10 weeks after you make your 2 monthly payment. I am about to make my 3rd payment, still no rebate. If I would have known that Boost was like this I would have stayed with Metro PCS

I had called my boost store IN Mount Vernon because the head phone jack had something stuck in it and it wasnt working. They were very nice, they asked me if they could try to get whatever it was out. Instead of going there, I decided to stop at the one in Newark because its right on my way home. I wasnt greeted when I walked in - just stared at. I told him my problem, he looked at it briefly with little interest and said I cant do anything. You guys are the ones that use bobby pins all the time. You could try a safety pin. I cant do anything about it. He was so disinterested in helping me, it was ridiculous and kind of rude. I wasnt expecting him to bend over backwards to serve me, but there was no one else there. He could have at the very least looked around for something small to try and help me clear it out... Or tried to sell me something, which is his job. I actually wanted to look at new phones because Im bored of the one I have anyway, but after that I just left. He lost out on a sale. I wont be returning.
