The FONREACH system we have running in an Attorneys office has always worked, infinitely configurable and always supported with extremely confident staff.
We researched phone support options for several months but after finding and talking to FONREACH the answer was clear. FONREACH helped us jumpstart our phone support solution and our customer care team of 10 absolutely loves it. With the Zendesk integration we were able to set up ticket pop which they love so anytime someone calls, a ticket is logged and they can put their end resolution and notes in the ticket. The implementation was pretty fast since we didn’t have a very complicated set up, but in the future we are hoping to set up new IVRs based on support plans customers purchase. Recording greetings was very simple and the set up with different numbers, hours and holiday hours was seamless. We are excited to grow with this solution and see what else they come out with.
We use FONREACH for our support team to answer calls in a queue format and for our individual team members to make calls both domestically and internationally. Additionally one of the big reasons we went to an online phone was to literally throw away our old phones and do everything online.
Absolute stellar calling platform. I have used many that are far more expensive with not as robust features and they havent compared to Fonreach. FONREACH integrates seamlessly with Pipedive to make our groups task easier. The phone numbers extracted through pipedrive email marketing campaigns are fed to FONREACH and our phone markering people will take the charge at this point. FONREACH has a great advantage that it works very well on the phone app which we never need a phone number to make the call. It cheaper as well compared to the services it offers.

Great Service. If we have a problem the support gets it fixed quickly! .I really like the ease of administration and roll out. We are able to easily add/remove numbers, agents, IVR options, etc as required based on operational needs, without adding any cost. The provided reports and integration in Pipedrive also allow us to analyze our performance quite well.

Right now our organization uses FONREACH for support, project management/implementation, and some sales calls. Anything inbound or outbound goes through FONREACH and is recorded in Pipedrive - other calls or conference calls that depend on visual coordination go through screensharing applications. FONREACH is simple enough for our team to use, and it solves the problem of getting a unified phone/VOIP system set up across many different workers, computer types, and departments.
