Unprofessional, unacceptable behavior from driver who would not take address/destination information, couldnt repeat it back to me, had no idea where we were going, and when I became increasingly uncomfortable when he refused to answer my questions and insisted he knew where we were going (he didnt), he wouldnt let me out of his car until I raised my voice and threatened to call the police. I had to walk back to the Newark train station with all my bags at 10pm and wait 25 minutes for an Uber because I no longer felt safe making another attempt with the taxi line.Stay far, far away from this service.
How on earth do they not have GPS of any kind in their cars in 2021. Tolls, credit card fees, airport access fees also not included when they tell you the price. Hopefully you have cash too. Wait the 40 minutes for the Uber

Train a new girl who can’t even type in town names on a 17 degree night - resulting in a 40 minute line of people suffering in dangerous cold. Not ONE OUNCE of common sense, courtesy or customer service tonight!!!
Very good airport limo service I used them couple of time with my friends its best service going to airport or from airport but you have to make a reservation in advance never late very professional drivers they use black cars charging about taxi prices I must say use them for your airport transportations needs.24 hours customer which is great any way I like the service very much thats why I give them 5 stars.

I had high hopes given the other 5-star ratings for this service.I had scheduled a 6am pick-up for the following morning to go to Newark Airport.On the pick-up day, at 6am, the driver had not arrived. Upon calling the dispatcher to determine how far away the driver was, the dispatcher said he would call me back.At 6:06am, he did call me back to inform me that the driver would arrive in another 15-20 minutes. When I asked for the cause of the delay, the dispatcher said the driver had overslept.Then, at 6:25am, I called the dispatcher back to cancel the service since I had found someone else to drive me to the airport. At this time, the dispatcher suggested that I wait because the driver was only about 12 minutes away (which, if this ETA were true, would still have the driver arriving over 35 minutes late). I do give credit to the dispatcher. He remained very calm, polite, and responsive during the whole process. He even offered me a discounted rate the next time I used the service.This was my first time (attempting) to use this service. It is possible that my story is an isolated incident; everyone makes mistakes. However, I encourage this business to make improvements so that this doesnt happen to other customers. IF I were to use this service again, I would definitely call 30-60 minutes before my scheduled pick-up, and also have a back-up plan to get to the airport on time.
Every time I call, they have nothing available... why even be a company when there arent any cabs ready for use? horrible!*edit* I will not delete my review so don’t insist.. I know the exact company I’m reviewing and whether it’s a private company or not, as an owner, customer service and all the other negative reviews speaks volumes of you.. Extreamly I mean extreamly over priced a local drive will cost you 60 plus dollars including a tip, uber will charge you $20 . Plus the cars are old and stink .
When I arrived at EWR I went from baggage claim then about 1000 feet to my ride. (smile)! I actually got a nice rate for a sedan sitting outside of baggage waiting for me. Great ride & service. Thanks again!
I wish I had read these reviews prior to my experience. I made the same mistake as others: I thought I would give the Newark taxi guys a chance, instead of using Uber or Lyft (since you read all the sob stories of cab drivers being hurt by those companies), and now I will never do that again. The car was dirty and the driver barely made an effort to accommodate me sitting in the front seat, didnt move his books, his stuff, etc. But the worst of it was when he quickly ran my credit card without telling me the charge until after the fact! (He kept saying one moment, one moment) The charge was $110.80, way over the flat rate quoted to me at the airport, even factoring in the round-trip tolls that I knew would be included. I asked him why the charge, and he told me all the charges (tolls, $5 credit card fee -- also not previously disclosed, but whatever), and it still was about $30 short of the total. Turns out: he added himself a nice tip without my consent! We got into a long discussion about how I probably would have given him a similar tip, since it was a snowy night, but that it was 100% not okay for him to do that. Suddenly he claimed to have bad English / to not understand me, and he kept telling me to call uber and that the price there would be the same. I told him I dont care what uber charges, I care what you charge. If I hadnt been a New Yorker (i was meeting family from overseas at the airport) I probably wouldnt have even noticed that I was getting ripped off by this brazen guy. As it stands, at least I can contest the charge through my credit card. At least with Lyft, theres accountability. Rookie mistake, never making it again!

I thought I would patronize the taxi stand at Newark Liberty International Airport instead of taking Lyft or Uber. Never again. I was charged roughly double the price I should have been charged (not just my opinion, I reviewed all the online rate estimations for my exact destination), and my complaint and request for an adjustment has been ignored.The taxi stand at Newarks airport operates like crooks, and Ill never use their services again.
