Their taxi service and staff are all incredibly nice, convenient, and personal. I called them and they handled everything from beginning to end, making everything very easy. Highly recommend them over any other ride service.

Charles is the man. he has given me rides always on time- reasonable priced- has picked me up in the snow (10inches) and every conceivable place. He is the man !!! I have scheduled a ride with him tomorrow- I will post on him tomorrow! TODAY-SEPT. 28TH-CHARLES DROVE ME FROM THE BANK- TO RT. 13. THE ISSUE WAS I GOT TO THE BANK- AT 8:35- I THOUGHT IT OPENED AT 8:30. CHARLES GOT THERE 15 MINUTES EARLY- AS HE USUALLY DOES- HE DIDNT COMPLAIN OR TRY TO SQUEEZE ANOTHER CLIENT IN. HE JUST WAITED PATIENTLY-TOOK ME OVER. HE DOESNT COMPLAIN+SPEEKS 5 DIFFERENT LANGUAGES - HIRE HIM!

We called Charles taxi last minute to get from Newark to JFK. He was amazing! He drove really safe and managed to navigate through the Icey roads. Will call him again when I am back in Delaware!

When I call the person was very polite and they came quickly. Only waited 10 minutes. If they were so I can expect. for where I was going. Overall I get the 9 out of 10.
