It has been a month, since I had to go to the Emergency room, the ambulance took my son and due to Covid19 I was not allowed to go with him! Called set a ride sent address in text message. Asked for the ride 4 hours before it was needed then the ride never showed and i called him and he never picked up. He is a liar if it isnt worth hiss time

Very thoughtful and prompt driver! I was taken to the Philadelphia airport very early in the morning and even received a text a 1/2 hour before my scheduled pick up - letting me know of our confirmed pick up time.

I have taken many taxi services in my lifetime and have never had a driver take his job so seriously and care about his passengers, as our driver, Soufiane! We used him several times while waiting on our vehicle to be serviced and were very pleased! He was on time, every single time, which has often been an issue with other services in my past experience. If he is going to be even 4 mins late, he immediately and effectively relays that to me. I also always feel very safe with him as my driver because he is never aggressive while driving. If you need to go to the grocery store, he is very helpful when it comes to carrying groceries to the door and he never has complaints. If you need someone who is on time, reliable and considerate of your time and schedules, do not hesitate to contact this company and ask specifically for Soufiane! If he is not avlbl, he will send someone who is. He has a great group of drivers and they all have a way of making you feel like family! We were very thankful for the positive experience!

He is a very nice man and provides me with GREAT taxi service, when I am in need of same. He is always willing to come (day or night –sometimes without notice) to pick me up, and take me to my required destination. I find Mr. Soufiane to be engaging to talk to regarding such interesting topics as religion, politics, and family values.To attest to Mr. Soufiane’s high level of “Character”, my Mama who is very strict regarding the elements surrounding my safety, tends to be fully at ease when she knows Mr. Soufiane is providing my transportation.As a college student, I find that Mr. Soufiane is very sensitive to the limitation of my finances, and always gives me a break regarding my fare.
