I wish I can give it half a star. Please do not call this service. I got a guy that answered with a strong accent and he was the rudest ever. I usually use the automated service or the female that answers is sweet but they were so mean To me. I will be using class from now on. I’ve never been spoken to so mean and her just hangs up and I call sometimes 2-3 times a day. But wow he was so rude

It’s almost like they do not want money and I’m amused. Called and asked where they service and after answering coldly they hang up. Hope employees live safe happy lives with these careless attitudes.

Dont call if you need to get somewhere in a timely manner. Even if you give them an hour before youll still be late. Really bad service. 👎

Never got a cab after calling 4-5 times

I called to see if they can have a cab come to my location and to see pricing. I went quickly to search the address I was at and they hung up on me. And I called back I asked why would you hang up on me I was giving you the address. And once I told him the address he said we don’t come over there and hung up again. He was very disrespectful. He didn’t even let me ask any other questions to see if any other cabs were in the area. I see why I don’t take cabs they rip you off with money, you can track their location, and it’s just way too much attitude.

How to start this off. Believe the reviews dont be like me and ignore them saying you will give the service a chance. Worst service ever I swear. My can driver was c106 from the time he picked me up to the end he was very rude and disrespectful. My kids and I got in the car we spoke GOOD MORNING he didnt reply then be look back with the face like where too now I told him but what happen was I dont like taking the back roads so I asked him nicely if he can just stay on the straight road other cabs do it for me he started kissing his teeth and speaking his language shaking his head at me. Im not a nasty person so dealing with such its much I couldnt say. He kept telling me Im not right and all this other foolishness he was even impatient with the other drivers in the road I just called him reckless and he knew I had two kids in the car with me. I called the dispatcher and he too gave no satisfaction like. .THIS SERVICE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN SERIOUSLY. Customers are the ones putting money in you guys pockets yall need to have more patients and respect.

After using the service for 2 different trips I can say nothing has changed with this company standards. The service is appalling.Oh, there is one thing that has change. The company upscaled the booking trips process with online confirmation (at least receiving a text message), notice when the driver will arrive.It doesnt change the fact that the drivers are the worst.Ive traveled through several states and cities. Nothing is as worse than the drivers and companies in Newark, Irvington, East Orange; lets just say the urban cities of Essex county.The cabs are dirty, tight to get into and the drivers dress code is dilapidate, shaggy, tacky, I dont need to get more descriptive than that (an indigent person walking the streets dress better}. Im not dealing with this type of treatment. I have options even if I were to drive my car without a license, with registration and insurance Id take that chance of being ticketed, towed and jailed before I get into a substandard taxi cab and used a slipshod, incomptent, etc service.I dont want to forget the complement. Ready for this?The dispatchers are more professional than the pass.Hollar!Im tired.Fin

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !I called & asked for a cab around 6:40.a.m. & they never came. In the process of calling them back to ask how much longer they were very Rude & kept hanging up the phone. So unprofessional! 8:30 a.m. look what comes trolling in front of the house, the CAB! NOPE I dont want it anymore. They need to go out of business or hire respectful people. Other than that theyre just HORRIBLE

Literally this taxi of service is why the taxi industry in being replaced by uber. Not only is it a cheaper alternative but the service that these people provide is completely unreliable. I had to call 4 f*#%ing times to get a cab that never came in no traffic, I know because I had time to look. According to google maps it should take approximately 8 minutes for the taxi service to reach my house including traffic. I called the service to ask where my driver has been spending his last 90 minutes and not only did he hang up on me twice but when I call back he asks for my phone number. When I tell him that I only called his unreliable service because I was late to work now (now even later) and that if that cant accommodate me Ill find a different service he welcomed me to go right ahead. They act like it makes no difference whether they arrive or not. I really hope that this company goes completely bankrupt. My advice bring your business somewhere else at least the other taxi services tell you that they wont be available for the next hour instead of giving you the bs of arriving in 10 to 15 minutes. Unacceptable, Id walk before I call them again(probably get there faster too).

The worst cab company I have ever used. They told me one price and then doubled it when it was time to pay. People in the office are rude as well. The worst cab experience ever. They charged me $100 to go 20mi and wiat for 20 mins. Do not call this place. By the looks of it they will not be around much longer anyways.

Very rude unprofessional people . Told me they were coming and never came after I stood outside at night for 45mins. Called and the dispatcher hung up on me.

It takes forever for the taxi to come. I was being patient but the taxi did not come for three hours. I got tired and I took the bus home. Worst taxi service ever!!! I wouldnt recommend it to anybody who want a taxi in Newark.

Terrible service, they never have a car available

TERRIBLE! Dispatcher hung up the phone on me, when I asked where they were located.. Her reply after I asked was do you want a cab or not? I then called back and she hung up again. Nasty attitudes never prosper.

Told my driver that I was going to the financial district in NYC, and ended up in queens. He had no idea where he was going.
