I just found this Gem the other day because the nail shop i usually go to was closed! I will definitely be coming back! They were so friendly and funny! They treat their customers amazing! They were also able to match exactly what i wanted from the picture i gave them. They also stayed past their closing time to take their time and finish doing my friend and I’s nails instead of rushing which I really appreciated!

Kevin was great doing my nails I highly recommend this place!!! Store was clean and they were serious about social distancing. I will go back and the prices are great!! I got a acrylic nail with gel polish and it was way cheaper than other places.

The guy filed my nails to the point of them bleeding in 4 different places. Terribly uneven and he got the glue all over my hand and I can barely get it off. Never going back

Queen nails was able to accommodate me on Sunday for both a manicure and pedicure on a walk in, which I really appreciated. The staff was kind and tried to make jokes and make the customers feel comfortable. I was satisfied with everything until I realized several days later that this spot on my foot looked very similar to what the spot on the hand of the man who had done my pedicure. I realized after the man wasn’t wearing gloves and was itching his hand a lot, where the spot similar to this one was, but match larger and more inflamed. During my pedicure he made a point to show me the tools he was using were clean but at this point I’m realizing he should have been wearing gloves. I wish I could give more stars because the work itself was satisfactory but safety/hygiene is important.

Place was clean. The man who did my nails smelled terrible from cigarettes and body odor. Could not wait to get out of there. Did not do a great job on my nails and seemed in a rush. Nails cracked and broke off one day later. Do not recommend . Lots of good nail shops in Newark. This is not one.

Ive always went to queens untill today! I wont be returning. Not only did the lady bruise my nail but she also charged me 10$ JUST to swipe my card .. On top of my intial $120 that i was already spending. I told her she needed to post a sign letting her customers know that she would charge $10 to pay by card and she tried to tell me it was tax and illegal.. Both wrong. I felt very ripped off because of this sitiation and will be taking my buisness else where from now on!/

I went to get a full set for my birthday. Those a woman was very polite while doing my stiletto tips three of the nails turned out very crooked in the paint job was not good. Informed me my nails were dry and then I could leave but when I got in the car all the nail polish on one of the males completely scuffed off. The next night one of the nails popped off as though not enough acrylic was put on. I would rather drive an hour away to see my normal nail technician then go back.

Great staff. Clean very comfortable. Ive been looking for a local spa not to costly that whenever u want to pamper myself, I wont have to travel to Akron. I shall return. See yall when I get back! 😊

Both of my daughters and I love it here! The salon is kept very clean and organized. They are so accommodating with scheduling appointments and also accept walk-ins. Dawn and Kevin both do great work and keep my nails looking great!

My wife used to get her nails done here, it is a wonderful place and a few of the workers are fantastic. There is a rude one periodically but the fact is they do outstanding work and it wont break the bank. Although they did a poor job on acrylics for her.

I got my acrylics rebalanced here and they did a wonderful job. Much better than the places near by!

I had my first Mani pedi today. They fit my friend and daughter in at the last minute. They all did an amazing job. From the massage chair to the impeccable care they took with cleanliness and their tools to the beautiful finished product. I felt like a was a Queen. I absolutely would recommend to anyone.

Completely unprofessional when we returned next day because my girlfriends nails fell off within HOURS of leaving. Did not offer anything for it, over charged our credit card without notifying us first. We went back and the guy grabbed her hands and we couldn’t understand a word he was saying but sounded like he was accusing her of “cutting” her nails off. Will not return ever and advise everyone not to go here.

Very friendly and decently priced, they dont overcharge for everything little thing which is refreshing but the work is a lil sloppy or maybe Im just really picky. My nails arent always the same length, my paint chips within a few days and I feel like they just rush through me even when they arent busy.

Staff is fairly friendly and they are very clean. However, I always leave with cuts and when I speak up and tell them they are hitting my skin they always seem kinda irritated. Also, it may just be me but my acrilics always crack at the corners during the first week. That didn’t happen at the old salon I went to.

First experience was great. Got my nails dipped for the 1st time. Follow up experience was rushed, wrong color was used (which can hard to tell if youve ever seen the dip powder in its pure form,) and I had an appointment but was rushed for a walk-in. I did not appreciate that.

One of the best salons i have been to with a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. You dont have to worry about the staff speaking in another language. Very professional and they speak english! Great prices also. Check this place out. Donna does an amazing job.

If I could give this place 0 stars, then I would.I was supposed to get my nails done for my cousins wedding, but ran into a major issue. The last week of August, I called and scheduled an appointment at 1 PM for Friday, September 7, 2018. The reception took my name and cell phone number and told me my appointment was all set up. However, when I came to the spa on Friday the 7th a little after 1 PM, the doors were locked, the lights were out, and no one was in the building. The hours on the door meant the store should be open, there was no sign on the door explaining why the store was closed, and I had no voice mails informing me that my appointment was cancelled. I was shocked by the unprofessional manner in which the situation was handled. There was no explanation, no warning for the unexpected and unexplained store closing. I had to quickly find another place to get my nails done since the wedding was the next day. Queen Nail Spa will never get my business again.

I found this place by accident after getting tired of a different shop. This is now my go to shop for mani and pedi. Very friendly and caring staff and extremely clean and hygienic. Ive been back now a handful of times and will continue to go.

Got my nails done and they messed them up and did nothing like how I wanted and they still expected me to pay full price. They were rude and disrespectful. The only reason they got 1 star was for the older secretary who felt bad they treated me so bad! Never going back and I suggest no one goes there. EVER!
