She did a great job making my nails look flawless but it was just a polish change that cost me just as much as a fill! Polish selection is also very limited for gel nail polish and they only get one brand of gel nail polish.

The girls are always friendly starting with Be! As soon as you walk in the door, she remembers your name. They are always very professional and kind. My daughter & I have been going to Ella Nails for years. I give them all 5 stars! ☺

I love it here. They use high end to quality products to ensure you have the best relaxing experience when you get your nails, waxing, or pedicures done. The massage chairs are a wonderful addition to the best pedicure youll get in your life. The owner greets you by name everytime you come in and its a very calm relaxing environment. They also abide by Covid rules to ensure the safety of their customers. I refer everyone I know to come here. I have been coming to this salon for 4 years now and I will not take my business anywhere else. This is the BEST nail salon and spa in Newark New York.

They do a great job, every single time. **Edited from five stars down to three. The prices are continuing to climb and the nails are not getting better, but worse. Its still the best place to go for eyebrows, as B, the owner does an amazing job. I only go here for the eyebrows and pedicure. This is one of two spots in the area to have any service, and its often hit or miss, depending on who you get to do your nails, so I dont chance it anymore.

They are nice and they give great leg massages towards the end of your pedi. However, theres only 3 techs and it can get a little hectic but if you have the time its worth the wait.

They give the best pedicures here. You wont regret it. The massage chairs are amazing as well. You can relax your entire body while getting your glamour on.

Took my fiance there to get a fill and pedi. Will never go back if we are in town. A 17 dollar fill ended up being 28 dollars do to the fact they had to take her old nail polish off and asked to have her nails cut down a little the pedi cost 35 because she scrubbed her hail. I have never heard of being charged for any of these things extra. They charge whatever they want no set price i guess.

I like it there the folks remember you and talk with you about whats going on. I have been going here since 2011 and would not pick another place. There timing is not always the greatest on Thurs or Friday bc they are so busy but they will get you in and do what you are wanting. I would recommend people to try them at least once but go on a Monday or Tuesday when there not so busy

Baught a gift certificate for my wife and she didnt want to get her nails done. They refused her a refund within an hours time and saw no sign about no refund. They also spoke some wierd language and would not coherently talk to us in English. I would not recommend.

Very cold.i went in today the place was packed. Nevertheless I waited.i asked for a mani pedi gel polish.they rushed me through.did not give me a manicure just put oil on my cuiticles.was sent to wait in the massage chair for a pedi.waited for at least 20 mns in cold water.had to ask for hot water twice while waiting. 2 workers for the whole place not sufficient.

Only one of 2 places to get nails done in this town.. Theyre usually late at getting to the shop or (my personal favorite) they take people that just showed up with no apt after Ive been waiting with an apt.. If I could, I would go back to Henrietta every month to get my nails done..

They dont even deserve one star. They are extremely unsanitary. They re- use the wax stick where you can easily transmit diseases and germs. They do not clean their foot baths after each customer. Their acrylics are extremely thick and bulky. Very unprofessional will take personal phone calls during your service. They need to be fined or closed down. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Went here only because I drove out from Sodus and was told @ TLC they could do what I wanted only to be told they didnt have enough time and had a group coming...Ella is filthy both outside and in...the chairs are beat up, things everywhere are dirty and broken...the girl had an attitude doing what I wanted and rushed through giving me a gel manicure!!!!! Never again !!!!!!!

Hated it they went very nice my toe nail was almost ripped off and my finger almost cut off twice then was left alone cause she got up and went to Walmart and I waited for someone to finish me I was there for a total of 2 n half hrs for mani and acrylic nails it was dead should have been faster ! Will never be going back told me over the phone it was 50 then charged me 64 for both so no thanks I didnt even feel relaxed or happy or confortable with the surroundings when all I wanted after a long week of hard work was to relax >:(

Visited from out of town and of all the places Ive gotten my nails done this was the worst service Ive ever experienced.

I was getting married the very next day and the prices were high and I was done in 15 minutes with both hands and feet. I woke up less than 24 hours later and 2 of my toenails had fallen off and one of my fingernails. Thanks for the sloppy job for the bride to be. I couldnt have pictures of my rings without hiding that finger Cus too late to fix it.

Worst experience ever! She cut my finger and while it was bleeding she contiued to file over it! Then they over charged me 55$ for plain acrylics! Will never go back!
