High prices. They really work well but they get extreme with prices that are too expensive and every time I go I always pay more, I started paying 380 and now I pay 435 without cutting only highlights, 2 weeks ago I went and when it was time to pay it was $ 410 and then in seconds they crossed out and increased $ 20 more and I said why? The stylist looked at the one at the front desk and it seems that it was for her and she did a strange action, I am very sorry but I did not pay it because 430 more tip is too much, a cut $ 50 in the end everything very expensive …… why ???????????

The salon is amazing, installations brand new, following all the CDC guidelines to keep everyone safe, the receptionists were very kind. Fabio did highlights on my hair and I couldn’t be more happier with anyone else, he was so patient, kind, very detailed, my hair came out even better that what I expected, the result was incredible, marvelous, stunning, definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a change and great results with hair colors. I think if youre Brazilian, youre used to it, but seen from another perspective… Staff is sooooo unprofessional, they talk about random subjects ALL THE TIME and you can’t understand. I had no idea what theyre saying about me or my hair. My experience was extremely painful (no joke...I was crying!) And she didnt know how to explain what the hell she was doing on my hair (as she didnt know the product’s name in English) The place is clean and nice but not worth the aggravation…

I met Lazaro Lambertucci recently and had my hair highlighted to a beautiful sapphire blue and have been getting compliments daily as result of his work, he is an amazing and caring professional with an outstanding knowledge on his field! He is truly one of a kind when it comes to keeping it real to what can and should be done to your hair. If you’ve ever had your hair treated poorly at a hair salon, this is most definitely the place to go so he can help you treat your hair the proper way bringing health back to it ! I am beyond happy and pleased with how I was treated by him and the staff! I cannot speak highly enough of this salon! What started as a crazy and awful experience at the salon ended up being a nice one thanks to Grazielle! She walked me through the whole process after she started taking care of me and made sure i walked out of there with a smile on my face. Would definitely go back to see her.

She fully understood my preferences, patiently guided my through the best style for my hair and executed an amazing service. Just recently got my back waxed by Kaylla. She is the definition of a 5 star professional. She made me feel very comfortable, we started taking and before i knew it, it was over. I came in for the first time to get a hair wash and simple blow dry. The front attendants were really nice, asking me if I wanted a cup of coffee or glass of water while I waited. Karina attended me and she was really nice and easy to get along with. She was very considering of how I wanted my hair to look and let me know every step she was taking with my hair. She also offered coffee and/or water. I felt so comfortable, GREAT SERVICE. Well deserved tip ❤️ Definitely will be back!

I went in to get highlights done by Karina Costa, i arrived and she got right to work. They came out beautiful, she was very sweet and professional.

I went recently to get a balayage done and although it was my first time going to this salon, Fabio made the overall experience simply amazing! He was attentive, professional, and has a great personality (which matters most when you’re in there for 5+ plus hours, haha) I was thrilled with the service and can’t wait to book again for a keratin treatment. My best friend had hers done the same day and it turned out flawless. A monsoon wouldn’t be able to disturb those gorg locks. If you go for color or keratin, ask for Fabio. Simply the best!

Never going back again!!! Went there to get my hair done, I had to return 3 times to “make it look right”, still looks terrible, I have orange patches on my hair and when I go in touch with the person that did it, he dismissed me by simply saying, I spent to much time on ur hair I pass!!! I expected a lot from this place because it looks so fancy, but looks are deceiving. I did not feel like I was treated in a professional way despite the fancy water and all. I was left unattended by the hairdresser for about an hour while he was attending another client which to me it just looked like he was socializing with a friend. If there is one thing I hate the most is when they try to squeeze in another client while they are taking care of someone already. No customer service. The color was not done correctly probably because the hairdresser was going backa and forth between two clients. I went back to get it fixed because for the price I payed I figured I should get a good outcome. It didnt happen and I never went back again.

The best Salon of the city and with the best professionals of the region!

I had a very horrible & extremely painful experience here. I came in asking if a certain look was possible. The hair stylist said yes but I had no idea he was going to make me go through 3 bleaching processes in a matter of 2 days. During the second bleaching process I kept telling him my scalp was burning. It literally felt like someone had set my head on fire & the owner kept on being pushy & telling me to wait an extra 10 min. I didnt know 10 min would turn into a freaking hour. Secondly, my scalp had been chemically burn in different areas. What pissed me off the most is that the owner herself did nothing to reassure me or stop her employee from putting more bleach on my head. This salon is definitely a NO for me.

I had already done my hair in other salons but no professional had managed to get the color I wanted. And it was when I found Drika Santorini that gave me security and very competently managed to get the color I always wanted. She is awesome and managed to understand exactly what I wanted and came up with a better result than I expected.

I have been a salon client for two years and today I came across the worst hairdresser, I will not say professional because it would not be fair, given the sloppy size and rudeness. claiming that it was impossible to cut my bangs, since according to her I could not identify what the bangs were.
