First timer at Sassy Nail Day Spa. I had a manicure/pedicure date with my mom. Customer service was outstanding. No complaints.. They were able to accommodate us when we were running late to our appointment. The place is super clean. I will definitely come back. Thank you ladies !

Sassy Nail Day Spa is great! Vivian is always so accommodating when I call for an appointment or drop in as a walk-in.Kate is the best! Shes so friendly and artistic. I can show her inspo pics and shell explain and work on a design that I absolutely love 💕. I always leave here happy with how my nails look.

$110 4 Tropical nail/ped. Wasnt the color I asked 4 & I didnt want gel on my toes. The extra $15 she charged me could of been on her tip. Beautiful spa! I loved the service but lengthy. Great wax & massage! I just felt worked at check out. Very clean spa and nice quiet relaxing music..

I have never had a bad experience at a nail salon like i had here. Very clean and fancy does not cut it.I asked for stiletto she did not know how to do that. I did not get the nails i wanted.I got my eyebrows done but was told i had dry skin and pimples by the owner. I thought she was just trying to sell me a facial. I was wrong because when i asked her she said its not just that your skin is dry and you have pimples. A. I breakout on my menstrual cycle and B. All she saw was my forehead because of how big my mask was and that is a very problem area for me. It was my birthday i went to relax and i just got judgey workers. I would not go there.

This place and staff are absolutely A-Mazing! I had the most wonderful time getting my first gel mani and pedi with my bestie. Everyone is so friendly and nice. I am most definitely going back soon!

My wife and I go get pampered every two or three weeks and this place really takes good care of us.Call and make an appointment before you go because Sassy is always busy.

This place restored my confidence in dip powder! My first and only time getting dip powder at another salon, there were no samples to choose from and they turned out awful, crumbling within a week. My dips at Sassy last for a month, not that its necessary, but its sure impressive! They also have a selection of colors to choose from for dip powder alone.

I was an hour early for my hair appointment 4 doors down. Lilly took great care of me getting me in for a spa pedicure and regular manicure. She even had time to wax my legs from knee down. Ill be back here again for sure! Very professional.

I get facials with Wendy here. My skin feels and looks so much better after a visit with her. She is also easy to talk to & has a gentle touch.

Holly did my nails. She was AMAZING! I asked for a french manicure on my NATURAL NAILS and she did an amazing job!

I hate writing bad reviews but I was at the nail spa recently and had a terrible experience that I feel I need to warn others about. When getting a manicure the lady, I believe her name was Lana was buffing my nails and cut me. While I understand that accidents happen she didn’t acknowledge that I was cut and I was literally sitting there bleeding! When I noticed what was going on I mentioned something and she was not apologetic and refused to apply first aide. I had to clean the wound myself when we were done. It is bothersome not because it is bad service but also because it was unsanitary. How many other people has she cut without their knowledge??? If you can get your nails done somewhere else than do it, buyer beware!!!

Dropped in with a friend, got acrylic French tip...looks great. Ladies really nice and they make conversation with you. Would go again.

I am giving this place two stars because the owner is money hungry. She wants to charge me twice for something I already paid for...one of my nail broke the same week I got it done but never had time to go fix it but today. She wanted me to pay after I already paid for it. It crazy and I notices that she always wants to charge for every single things. For example I get my pedicure done with gel polish and I was charged extra $15 for gel. I was fine with that. Paul told me he had the perfect gel polish to match my nails. The girl who did my pedicure told me is $15. After everything was done ready to pay the owner told me is extra $10 more for the liquid gel polish. I was like no it just $15 not $26. I will never go back over there. I used to go there every other week for Paul to do my nails. Paul is the best and he is very professional. I have been going there for almost two years since they used to be Nook. But the owner is money hungry and always forces customers to get something they dont need.

Second time here and my nails didn’t even last one week and I haven’t done anything crazy that would cause them to chip. Two nails so far have cracked and chipped off causing under my nails to crack and break off as well. I’ve been to a few nail salons in the area and none have had this outcome within just one week of getting them done.

Loved the place. My first mani/ pedi. Christina made me feel comfortable, and pampered. And my nails look awesome. I will be back.
