I received RUDE service from an older lady their I was grossly over charged. The owner is cool shes about her business and does nails very good. Stay away from the old lady though. I had to get my nails re-did the next day

Love this place. Ive been a customer for years. I always get my nails done with Daisy. She always make sure Im satisfied and meet to my expectation. She pays close attentions to details. I would give 5 stars review for her and this place.

I asked for a refill the lead nail tech assured me she would do it told me to go ahead and get my pedicure but when I was finished with my pedi she went a d cleaned all her utensils and told me to come back...My pedi was trash I paid 65.00 for a deluxe pedi a d they didnt remove any callus they scraped my feet with a tiny sponge and that was it ...WHAT A WASTE...

Love Lush even more since the upgraded their color collection. Super clean and friendly place. Very serene environment. Technicians are good! And do a fantastic job. I’ve tried several places in the area, but Lush remains the best.

They areNice but the nail polish doesnt last on your nail, :( not even a half day past its coming off:( terrible. Maybe I must take my own next time.

Platinum service all the way around. In Newark a couple weeks for work & desperately needed pedi & fill. Another place had been recommended but saw this salon on my way out of another store, so checked their reviews & decided to see if they had time and really glad I did. Friendly, clean, efficient, quick & most of all their work is exceptional. I’ve had nails done all over the U.S., and thanks to Nancy and An, Lush Nails ranks at the top with the best of them. Easy five stars.

Love this place! Cindy is the bomb for acrylics and An is the bomb for pedicures! Will always come here while living in Fremont! Highly recommend!

The salon is clean & their instruments are sterilized so I give them 3 stars for that. However, the customer service isn’t great. They lack variety to do different designs & they try to make you pick something else because they don’t know how to do it. They’re super rough & seems to be in a rush every time I’ve gone there to get my nails done. I will never go there again.

I was new in town and wanted to find a nice, clean professional nail salon, near me. I came across Lush Nails Spa in Newark, the salon looked cute and trendy so I thought I would give it a try. I brought in multiple pictures of the very simple flower designs I had in mind that day.Onces I sat down I was almost immediately pressured to up sell both my manicure and pedicure and told I needed to get GEL which increased the price dramatically! I thought to myself, why not, let’s see what this new salon can do. The light pink gel color I choose was put on way to thick and left bumps in almost every nail, not to mention the light pink color turned in to a pink/yellow mess within days! I asked for a Spring flower design on two nails and got an sloppy out dated version of anything but Spring flowers, which they charged an extra $10 for, my GEL pedicure chipped away less than a week later as well! I paid $85 for both of these services and all I received was a HOT MESS, not to mention I also tipped two techs on top of that! Don’t let this trendy looking salon fool you! Very inexperienced nail techs work there, who have no idea how to apply gel manicures or even basic nails designs such as flowers..( nail tech 101). DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME! 😾

Great service!!I discovered Lush Nails Spa by chance and will never go anywhere else again. The service is great with different options for different needs and budgets. All the employees are professional and friendly, and they work really fast as well.If you need manicure, do not think it twice!!

I love this place. The people that work there are very nice and accommodating. The facility is SPOTLESS. You can tell the instruments have been sterilized because they are still wrapped in the pouch that is used in the machine (it is the same kind of machine that is used to sterilize medical instruments). They line the tub before adding water for a pedicure. They use a NEW file every time you come in. Generally, I hate the feel of massage chairs and ask for it not to be turned on while I get my pedicures. They, however, talked me in to trying the massage chair and give it a chance. So, I did. OMG it felt like I was getting an actual massage... awesome. As you can tell from this post I was very, very pleased and happy and am definitely going back!

Really great customer service. My technician listened and did my nails just as asked, even when I requested certain ones be shorter. Its beautiful inside, love the environment, clean, and definitely can tell the owner put a lot of thought into a cozy environment for customers. Will definitely be going back.

I like to make an appointment, even if I want to go on short notice - they can usually accommodate me within an hour when I call. Always clean and polite. Sometimes a little rushed, but still quality work.

The service is always top notch and the ladies are very friendly. I highly recommend Cindy or Linh. My nails are perfectly done by both.

Wonderful service. Cute Kim was super sensitive working on my pedi. Super gentle yet firm when needed. I forgot who did my mani but she as well was super gentle and both were very precise and my nails and toes look wonderful and I will surely be coming back. Wonderful shaping and the shop itself is super clean and wonderfully welcoming. The ladies here know what theyre doing and they take the time doing it.

First time getting acrylics in several years and I walked away very pleased with my nails and my entire experience here.

I really like this nail salon because I can see that they sterilize their utensils or equipment that they are using on you. Nobody else shares the same tools without them being autoclaved. They even use the pumice / sander for your feet only once and its not shared with another persons foot period deadline the tubs that you soak your feet in. All of this gives me the sense that Im not going to catch something from somebody else and peace of mind. Its also very clean inside and Lynn, the owner, can just tell what your needs are as far as color when you have a decision decision to make and youre unsure of what to go with. Shes always been right on with me

Omg Im in love with bellas accurate and patient skillful work took two and a half hours she was just the sweetest my husband went in their with an idea for my nails and she listened and made sure every step of the way that my husband was happy and THAT it was to his expectation and made sure her work was up to part amazing experience overall every one is nice. The women greeting you when you step in is so kind.

Getting a pedi right now and and I feel so comfortable. When I first walked in, they offered me a drink which made me feel relaxed. As Im relaxing, I notice that everything is very very clean, which puts me at peace. The massage was amazing! Not a cheap 2 min. one. Also, I got the pedicure witht the wax which made me feet feel like satin. As for the decor- so cute. Very modern with adorable pillows. Also, the nail color is color coordinated so it made picking a color easier. Will come again.

Their medicure&pedicure technicians are so impatient and impolite. My little finger is injured after I did a medicure there. The technician grabbed my massage chair controller and changed the massage mode even without asking for my opinion. The medicure and pedicure totally cost 40 minutes. They didnt know how to massage your leg and hand. Even I did not ask for polish, I was asked to leave the chair as soon as they finish their work. I used to go to a small spa located in menlo park. They are much more professional and even more cheaper than this place. Will never go there again.
