The young women at the Newark location are very immature. Making fun of older customers is rude. Yes I heard you all laughing and saying old people are stupid and cant drive. Please consider training your employees to be respectful with all customers!

I love to clean my car and free vacuuming is a good deal. The vacuum work so good they sucked up my two favorite mask oh no. Im a little bitter over there vacuum work so well that day. But for their price you cant go wrong

Pretty good wash for an automatic wash, doesnt do very well on the back of suv but none of the drive thrus do. Overall pretty good.

I love my unlimited wash pass! I pay once a month and I wash as many times as I want. The cool thing is I can get in that fast members lane and they always know what wash I am supposed to receive! Ive been coming here ever since it opened and one of the best values you will find around. The staff are always willing to help. Anytime Ive had an issue they have resolved it quickly and professionally.

I just want to point out, that Im an average consumer of this service. Im not obsessed with my car, Im not carrying around microfiber to clean my car (though I have actually seen people at Moo Moo who do lol). Im a mom with messy kids and a busy schedule and a car thats just trying to survive the chaos.As an average consumer, I feel that the value at Moo Moos is unprecedented for a car wash. It is also insanely convenient. Simple debit card swipe and $5 later you have a acceptably clean car that looks like you care inside an out. I feel like we all have a lot of experiences with old car washes that include lots of out of order quarter machines and that mad dash to spray/vacuum in a certain amount of time. I love that I dont feel rushed and that the equipment is very good. Everything works quick and as intended. On the rare occasion Ive spoken with staff (like when they give me suckers for the kids, or helped me remove the sticky monthly payment thing from my windshield) they have blown my mind with how customer oriented they are and how good they are at their jobs. They are prepared, they are well trained and they have obviously been carefully selected because their personalities shine.On 21st st they have 2 vacuums on each side with a different vacuum head on them. A wide one perfect for the floors and a narrow angled one thats gets into the belt buckle areas and tiny spaces oh so well.I feel like the actual wash is acceptable. Its not like having a human wash your car. I dont think it would be a fair expectation to expect that either. After this wash I did snap a couple pictures and you can see where it missed a couple spots. This isnt a big deal to me. You can also see from Moo Moos response below they are more than accommodating and will let you go through again if you notice something like this. For me, it isnt a big deal and doesnt concern me. I do absolutely love though that they care enough to reach out and publicly let people know that they want you to love the car wash and go above and beyond to make sure of it.So anyway, the TL;DR version is the value for $5 is awesome and I totally recommend it. As long as you have realistic expectations you will like it also. If you are quite picky, New Phase might be a better option for you.See pics!P.S. I have NOT noticed any scratches as a result of using Moo Moos. I have complete confidence they are not scratching cars.---------

Always friendly & helpful. Car always has black dots all over after a wash. Staff member said its from the tire shine blowing up on the car during drying. I have to hand wipe it off every time. Or I would give 5 ☆ : (

Vacuums work great and they are free so you dont have to worry about it running out of time. Prices for the car wash arent bad either.

I paid for a membership..had to go back in cause tires did not shine..was handed a packet and told to pretty much do it myself its better. I go back a few days later in a hurry for work didnt notice till I got to work..no shinny tires and streaks everywhere. So I say ok will hit Heaths Moo Moo when I get off work. What a waiste. I just want my money back!!!

My car didnt come out sparkling this time. Use the same one in Newark ohio all the time. One out of a couple dozen isnt bad though.

Went through the wash twice still had bugs on and the wheels were still muddy and tire dressing did not cover tire, and back of my excursion got scratches on it. was nice and shiny where it cleaned good. I bought the top of the line wash seems like mediocre.

First time washing my new 2021 Ram at a Moo-moo and Im sorely disappointed. Paid for the premium wash and there were numerous areas that didnt get clean let alone sparkle.

There is something about a clean car... or just how I feel in a shiny clean car straight from the car wash. Love this Moo Moo location! Staff is always extremely friendly and will chat with you. I have the monthly unlimited package and I get my money’s worth every month. The free vacuum was awesome!!

Good inexpensive place to wash your automobile or truck. My only drawback is that you have to vacuum the car out yourself. But as far as cleaning they do a great job

I got great service today. Had a mishap with the rinse and dry today that was absolutely understandable. The on duty manager (who’s name I wish I got) deserves praise. Hey took care of me and gave me a full upgrade for free. It was a simple act but I love a company that goes above and beyond to keep my business. Another satisfied customers!!

The best automatic car wash around. The free vacuums and tire air are a plus. Ive found the MooMoos on Hamilton Rd. And on 21st street in Newark are better than the one on Rt. 79 in Newark/Heath. The car wash subscription is the way to go; one monthly fee for unlimited washes.

The wash always does a good job. The vacuums are great for getting out pet hair.

I live in the Kingswood Ct apartments near Moo Moos in Newark. These apts have been here way longer than the Newark Moo Moos has, yet Moo Moos constantly plays music I can hear at a volume way too loud considering the residential area. With all windows closed, my TV on, and my AC going, I can still hear Moo Moos loud music. Called to ask them to turn it down and was hung up on. Very unprofessional. Will never take my vehicles here.

Bought the monthly package and I was ahead of the game the 1st week. Great staff and during the wash its almost as good as Disneyland...with things the way they are going I guess its as close as I am going to get.

Quick and convenient, but does not work for vehicles that are actually dirty. Good for a quick salt rinse given the fair prices.

Always great experience..Mariah is wonderful.Buying the monthly pass is so worth it. You can take your car through as many times a day as you want. Pays for itself in 2 washes!! Highly recommended.
