This is a really good hand car wash; however they have the ground track which cannot take vehicles with oversized tires unfortunately. I like that they use a ladder for trucks and tall vehicles, so theyre not climbing on your tailgate or overreaching and scratch your vehicle. Also very nice staff and the value for the service is good. The location is conveniently just off the freeway from a busy street so it can get backed up on a good sunny day. So go early!

Place is fine. The have an all in one. Oil and carwash together. I had a full service and wax for 25 including tax. Just make sure you check the work they do like any other place

The oil change was quick. No muss, no fuss. Nice waiting area with comfortable Leather seating. Ill go back.

This place it’s really bad. The prices are high and the service it’s bad. They even STOLE from me a Meguiars interior shine bottle that I had on my car. I notice it wasn’t there after I left and drove to the airport. SO PLEASE CHECK YOUR CAR BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PLACE TO SEE IF YOU STILL GOT EVERYTHING. WILL NEVER GO BACK

Place is good and looks very prestine .. prices are on average par for the going rate of a car wash but like most car washes when it comes to drying it.. always leaving wet spots or spots where water holds then it leaks down.They do detailing as well and oil changes so they offer many other services that I havent used FYI.

Oil Change with a drop of oil in the tank! No oil replaced in the car! Car was slipping gears! Had to pull over to the nearest store to buy 3 bottles of oil to dump in it because the stick was barely wet. Last spring I agreed to their suggestion to have all three differential oils changed. By summer then entire differential shaft was destroyed. Car sounded as if it was dragged by a train! My mechanic said that its oil tank was dry. I had to pay $1,200 to replace the entire differential shaft. And... it took 3; weeks to await the parts arrival & labor. The origin of fault & cause wasnt clear, until this incident 1•4•20 when the car wasnt driving right. Obviously the guy didnt fill it with oil and he left the cap loose. If it leaked out or he didnt fill it for meaness, Zap is at fault for this. The car was driving fine before this. To be clear: THE MANAGERS HAD NOTHING to DO WITH THIS. It was the guy in the middle lower level. It is clear to me now that he did that intentionally.DO NOT HAVE LUBE WORK DONE AT THIS PLACE, IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR !!!!!!

This place is a total rip off the sign says A synthetic oil change for 66.99 and when you go to check out they charge you a $100. And you ask why and they tell you they put the special oil in that you did not ask for i Complain to the manager After arguing back-and-forth for about 5 minutes he said he was going to call the police If I didnt PaySo I figured I would just give him the extra $30 be on my way with no problems.. Place is a rip off be aware

Had a bad experience here. Did a regular cleaning and when they called me when it was ready I can see they did it in a rush. Nothing was clean. There was still dust everywhere. Had to ask a cashier something and was very rude to me. Very unprofessional people. Never coming here again.

First time going to this place my cousin told me about it I watch them do the job they did a thorough job and washing and drying it and cleaning it inside out. I would definitely recommend this place, a little pricey but all of them are getting pricey its just a matter equality and I recommend this place.

Ive been here numerous times in the past and I always felt that they could have been more attentive to detail. I would see a few smudges here and there or a few crumbs still in between the door and the floor carpet. Today was even more noticeable. I didnt have the courage to speak up because I knew that they were so busy but I probably wont go again. Im not comfortable that it doesnt take longer than it should.Also, the receptionist had vulgar music blaring. When I say vulgar, I mean every curse word on the planet was being played INSIDE the waiting room. There were children and elders there. It was very inappropriate. Someone needs to teach that young lady good work ethic. I did not feel comfortable being there, at all.

They do a good job cleaning your vehicle especially when not busy. I have a monthly wash package and have to remind tell them everytime I go to put the tire shine on my tires. I think they are a bit pricey but if you go often then its worth it for a hand wash.

Place has a 7:30am open time its 8:05am and still close. Poorly managed there are cars waiting yet the staff is just standing around doing nothing. I guess there waiting for it to be 8:30am.

I would advise anyone reading this review to take it seriously. I had an issue twice at this car wash. The employees are rude and they rush through their work. When you try to request how you want your car wash they point to he board on the wall and walk off. They even walk off while you’re talking to them. My interior cleaning was terrible, I wish I would’ve taken pictures. I had to clean it thoroughly myself. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GET THEIR CAR WASHED AT THIS LOCATION..

I went here to get a wash and they are not that good. I spent $20 for them to not even add shine to my tires. How is this a deluxe? If u dont get tire shine. Regardless i spent $20 to to have my car get washed and still look the same and dirty after the wash. I would not recommend this wash to anyone.

Regardless of what you pay for, you get the same simple car wash. We just paid $44 and they didnt even remove the garbage from the car! Theres dust still on dashboard.Seriously we feel so cheated, they should be ashamed of themselves!

Dented and Scratch the car . They check the camera and confirm it happen there, then the boss comes out saying they arent not responsible. Dont go there over price and they have a bunch of criminal working there

Car wash is closed for the entire day if it rains after midnight, even if the sun shines from 6am to sundown. Pure nonsense!Update 6/5/18They increased the price to $16 and decreased service. I always have to wipe tire rims and pick up hairs after they clean my car. Today was the last straw. I can get better for less a little distance away and will do so.

***This review is for their oil change station***When you go to their oil chance station, DO NOT TRUST any of mechanics. They are big liar and cheater. I replaced my cars differential fluids about 1 week before I went to this place for oil change. The mechanic said your differential fluid has to chance. I asked why? response it is dirty then he showed me some sample. it looks like grease oil. they never touched my differential and showed me random sample. When I told him it changed about 1 week ago, he couldnt say anything and runaway.If you go to their place for oil chance dont trust their lies..

Service has gone downhill for the last year. You pay for platinum package but don’t get all that’s included. When you call them out on it, they lie and say they did it (even though you’re watching them). Waste of money and time. At least the vacuum guy was polite when yelled “YO MOVE UP” to me

First and foremost I am not knocking the joint but if you are getting just a basic car wash with the silicone forget about it, they are not going to do a good job unless you paying that money for the full service and I mean full as in$30 and up. Would give zero star but its not an option, my car itself was still dirty. When I ask them to reach my car. They made me wait 20 minutes for the Mananger to come with a spray bottle and spot clean my car. Check out my after wash service! This was my 1st time there and I had the worse experience! 1st I realized they are Racist. 2nd the management is worse and 3rd those you think are going to clean your car literally does nothing but 1 minute quick wipe which isnt what I expected.

BECAREFUL THIS PLACE WILL PUT THE WRONG OIL IN YOUR CAR!If your car is over a certain mileage it is recommended that you not put in the same oil youve always used! These guys no nothing about recommending the correct type of oil but will recommend you get all these upgrades to your car. After i got my oil change a few hours later i notice my car shaking. I took it to my mechanic the next day and he advised they put the wrong oil in my car. I spoke with Wassem the location manager to change the oil to the correct one. He was VERY rude and didnt even offer to replace the correct oil. He wanted to charge me all over again. AFTER coming here for over 10 years I was surprised to see this type of Customer service. WASSEM THE MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED!! POOR MANAGEMENT SKILLS! WILL NOT GO THERE ANYMORE!
