They clean your vehicle great. But the rims for your tire... 🤮 Not good at all. I had to wipe my own rims after the wash.

No Spanish, no service here! . Been here several times bc it is convenient.. always tip .. this time I came and wanted detailing done .. after the cars exterior was washed I was told to wait on the side.. and I noticed they were taking other cars.. when I complained, I was told to maybe come tomorrow? I finally got my money back after running up and down with the guy who seems in charge.. will not be back here and will be letting others know also!

I come to this car wash at least twice a month, for the past year and a half, to get the inside and outside of my car washed. Not sure what changed in management but the services are not the same. Employees are extremely unprofessional, and leave “VIP” customers waiting for 30-40 mins without a warning of when our turn is. Vacuuming is always done poorly, because the mats are almost never picked up, windows/car are wiped with filthy rags leaving residue, and let’s not talk about how bad the outside is washed with the equipment they are utilizing. Don’t waste your money here.

It’s clean enough, dryer doesn’t work good, but girls wipe car off after . I’m a member + one more car 25% discount every month. Staff are friendly! They have a restroom. Thank you!

Paid for VIP and was not treated as such! Had to wait 40 min until they actually cleaned the inside of car. And machines bent my car plate! Do not recommend!

Top Tier Cleaning! Best in the business hands down. About 60 seconds from start to finish through the auto car wash. The VIP detailing service does come with a wait and could likely use more staffing. However, the wait is worth every penny! They put my vehicle back in showroom shape.Thank you to the team for their excellent service!

To Hard to get full service Vip doing windows an all service that comes with that service you have to wait 1hr to get full service need to get more help only 2 females for 5 to10 cars to clean

Got my oil changed there, and had a leak in my tire. They worked on it multiple times, and didnt charge me every time I went there. Really saved me from getting new tires. Will definitely go back

It takes over than an hour for vip car wash. Only 3 people was ahead of me. They offer monthly vip membership for 65$ but for your time this doesn’t worth to deal with. EDIT: I got 4 washes in my monthly membership and each time bumpers are not cleaned and car is not wiped properly. I am not even talking going to talk about each wait time. Also, people working here needs better equipment and more help. Normally it is a one star place but people who works in vip wash section are really nice.

Quick easy affordable

I have a brand new car and now i have all scratches on the top of it... terrible. I was WARNED. I know someone who had a new car and when he left this place, he saw all scratches on the top of his car too. They must think we wont notice. I am someone who inspects my car before i get in it and after i get out of it. They should have courtesy for someones car. I will not be coming back. I am not sure if the biig guy is the manager but he is the most unprofessional person i know running a business.

Dont understand the complaint about the service. My experience was great, was happy with the services and friendliness of the staff. Yes there is a slight language barrier but if you bother to take the time youll see the other workers speak English. Insulting the staff at this facility only shows that the problem lies within you not them. Respect that they work hard and you probably wouldnt last a day doing what that do. And no I dont work here but dont approve of how people put hard workers down. If youre not happy just keep it moving and dont come back but keep the rude remarks to yourself.

The rwarend of my vehicle is always dirty,they nvr switch the rags when drying so it leaves the swirl Marks all over the body and the windows....

I paid for Ultimate package on Groupon.. . Which it says all kinds of waxes.. Sealers etc. Lies... They dont even wipes off you seats or dash or even vacuum... You have to vacuum yourself for $1.25. Dont wastes your money... Smh. Went for second wash and after barcode was scanned, I was billed an additional $70 which was refunded in ten days.

They could fix and improve their equipments, like the washer machine has a brusher broked more than a year and the vacuum is not good

$2.95 car wash is it a great deal however...when I asked them to detail my engine they just sprayed water on it and destroyed everything on my limousine.And they dont have receipts. (shaking my head)

You pay for service that you don’t get, I paid for the ultimate wash, They didn’t clean the wheels, the túnel 1 brush don’t work, and they are not good cleaning the car, after the túnel they didn’t wipe the doors, the tire shine wasn’t Done good, they didn’t finish drying properly, I ask the people out side to clean the car good, and they made worse now dirty towels, a bad service

FALSE ADVERTISING and SCAM! I wasted my time driving here. See my attached screen shots for PROOF! Their website claims they offer a Touchless Laser car wash however this is just a regular automatic wash where you put your car rims get scratched on a railing and paint gets punished by automatic brushes.I asked an employee hey, where is the entrance to the touchless Laser wash? He said oh its right here! Then I said Thats not touchless, your website said its touchless he said oh yeah its touchless means we use shammy clothsOutright liers!Will be reporting to BBB for false advertising.

My first and last time here.. $20 VIP package and my car was left with water spots because this 500lb guy couldnt reach it to dry it.. then I get an attitude from the workers about where to park.. the language barrier doesnt help because they were arguing amongst each other.. not professional at all.. though its not a lot that I paid, I didnt expect the bad service that was given to me.. never coming here again

This car wash was suggested by Groupon as its in my nearby area. We bought $13.99 one month unlimited car wash which is worth ~$40 per month. Overall experience was really good, its definitely worth it compared to $15-$20 per car wash in Hoboken or Jersey City area. Dont pay from the website and try to buy Groupon as they have 50% off almost throughout the year. Definitely recommend it.

This place is terrible I put money in to the vacuum and it didnt work and they knew and still refused to re fund me. Another time I paid for a VIP clean and they ran my car through the wash for the girls at the end told me they wont clean the inside of the car because there of the clock again they did not what to refund me
