Havent been in a few years, usually good service and clean facilities.Brought my truck in today, paid $16 for a full wash to get some awful smell/dirt out of the undercarriage, and it did not cut it at all- the entire rear of the vehicle was still dusty. Its not a hand wash, so Im not expecting to get years-old fender grime off, but it should get the surface dust off a tailgate. Pulled a total Karen move and went up to one of their employees, who called the manager. Manager basically shrugged his shoulders, and said their undercarriage wash wouldnt do anything about whatever was causing the smell. Which, fine, there are limitations to an automatic wash, I totally get it. I figured their top tier wash would at least rinse whatever dried liquid/substance/?? which was causing that smell off: I was wrong. But give me something here- if Im paying $16 for the privilege of being told to go someplace else, at least let me try to run it through again for appearances or a voucher or something. To cap it off with the tiniest bit of casual sexism, I was told to take it home and have my boyfriend see what might be causing the smell... Come-on dude, its not 1960 anymore.Anyway, if youre just looking to knock the worst of daily road grime off this place historically has been fine for that. Just expect a shoulder shrug if somethings not right.

Best car wash around. I purchase the top of the line wash. It’s a little expensive but totally worth it. I never have any missed spots plus rims come totally clean. I don’t go anywhere else!

Superior customer service! I HIGHLY recommend this place for a great car wash. They offer vacuums too for free if you’d like to vacuum your vehicle before leaving. The staff is very helpful, friendly, & works to ensure that you have a great experience. They are super caring & concerned for your vehicle as well, offering to put something on the back wiper so that the car wash scrubbers do not mess it up and even will give you your magnets if you forget to take off prior to entering the car wash. This is a fantastic place. I am a repeat customer and they never disappoint.

Do I get my truck clean at all. The attendant only power washed the back as I entered the wash. Free vacuum is a nice, but if you want a clean car, go somewhere else.

This was my first time at this car wash and I was pleasantly surprised. The customer service was excellent and exceeded my expectations. The free vacuums were great and I was able to get most of my boarder Collies long hair up which was a surprise. Most of the free vacuums I have used in the past were a disappointment but for free its hard to complain. I will definitely be back and will tell my friends. Thanks !

The staff are always friendly! The carwash itself is my 3 minute relaxation/therapy session! Lol. And the do-it-yourself vacuuming is perfect since Im the only one who knows where the kids crumbs hide!

I love coming here. They have the best car wash in the area and free vacuums. You cant even tell my car was at the beach last week now! The staff is also very friendly and helpful if you need it.

Great to finally find a place that had wet vacs that made cleaning my car seats easier. Its more of a wet (moist) brush with cleaner and then you vacuum so not a true wet vac but it worked to get water marks off the cloth seats.

Everyone has always been so friendly here, such a great staff! Today a gentleman went above and beyond. My car wouldnt start for some reason while I was there with my son and he was so kind and efficient and ran inside and was able to charge my battery. Thank you so much!

Have been a regular customer for a few months now and the job done there is very good. The business looks clean and all vacs outside work well. I gave 4 stars because I want more blow action at the end.

Overall was very happy with friendly service, well maintained facility. Cost was reasonable and vacuums had plenty of power. Only issue was that the wash did not get along the bottom sides of the car.

Signed up for monthly wash and have been through a few times. First, the employees if have dealt with at all have been really nice and friendly. The vacuums work pretty good as well.Now, the wash is ok, unfortunately it looks like the underbody is not working, which is disappointing. The biggest issue to me is the back of my minivan does not get washed well at all. The brushes barely touch it when going through and I dont know if there is an issue with them or if we are being sent through too quickly. I even asked the person at the beginning to try to spray with the power washer and it got some off, but not all of it. Hopefully the issues get fixed before the next monthly payment is due because as is, I dont know that I would continue using it.

After using this particular car wash a few times we decided to sign up for the monthly membership. It is more than worth its price! We are able to go through the carwash once every single day. Car Wash itself does an amazing job getting all of the dirt, salt, and typical Road grime off of our vehicle. The vacuums that are free for use with the purchase of a car wash, also do a wonderful job cleaning the interior. I have used many car washes in the past but none have compared to this one! I highly recommend the blue hen car wash!

Been a member now for two months. Sorry to say the car wash NEVER cleans the back of my truck. I will have to move to another company. Pic is posted.

It used to be awesome, best car wash around. I had a subscription to the wash club even. But recently its started leaving scratches on my cars. Not good.

I just went for the first time, and it was worth what I paid for. I went with the highest option. My car still has a bit of grime on it, but if I cared enough, I would have paid a bit more and gone to a place where I have to get out of my car and hand it over to a cleaning crew. I didnt want to do that. Also, going through the car wash is kind of fun cuz it moves your car along for you. And the free vacuums are very nice. I would definitely go again.

Customer service is not dead! I cannot recommend this place highly enough! The price is beaten only by the superior customer service! I had taken my neighbors car there, and was so impressed that I decided to drive my own car there, the 15+miles the next day with my own car. I bought the cheapest wash and there was a little tree sap still left on the back of my car, after it had been run through. I fully expected that and thought nothing of it as I proceeded to the FREE vacuuming. Hector (I conjecture the owner but, could be incorrect), noticed the little bit of sap still on my car. I told him it was fine, I was impressed the economy wash removed the majority of it and I wasnt worried about it. But, he insisted that I run my car back through, free of charge, where he would manually remove what was left. I came back through and not only did he himself work to remove it, he gave us the top notch, most expensive wash for nothing. He was there, waiting at the end to make sure all had been removed. Everyone there is so nice and actually cares, even engaging with my children. All businesses should operate they way they do. I wish them all the business and success because they certainly deserve and earn it. If you are thinking of taking your car anywhere other than Blue Hen, please think again. I guarantee your expectations will be exceeded, youll be glad you did and wont want to go anywhere else! Thank you and God bless you to Hector and all of the Blue Hen staff!

Originial:Purchased the $16 wash set. It advertises including underbody wash. However, I found the chassis of my BMW is dry after the wash. I feels like I was cheated. Very disappointed.After:the owner reply quickly. And give a reasonable explanation! Love it!

Employees are so friendly and helpful! I especially appreciated Paul E. going the extra mile to help me get something off the back of my car. But really everyone who works there is top notch and customer centered!!

So reason for even going... parked under some wires and some birds had a field day. So went here, close to work... and didnt choose the cheapest or the most expensive, right in the middle. I didnt expect for it to be brand new, but it could have gotten all of it. One more time through probably woulda done it, but not paying again. I was able to get it once I parked and used their FREE vacuum with each car wash. So bottom line... def worth it!

Sometimes the line seems long but it goes fast. great bargain option if you like to rinse off your car regularly. The have memberships which makes it easy. super convenient. I drive by on my way to work every day and the messages on the LED sign always make me smile.

I have used this location many times and always purchase the middle car wash ($12). Occasionally some bugs remain that wipe off easily, but yesterday I was extremely disappointed that nothing came off the front bumper, grill, headlights, or sideview mirrors – seriously! I observed the whole process was rushed and the wash process was much quicker than normal, but the employee wouldn’t comment when asked. Offered to rewash it, but couldn’t make any guarantees. He told me I needed to use some elbow grease! Website states a “4 minute wash!” – I wasn’t in line 4 minutes from start to end!!!! Won’t be back!

Ive used this drive through Car Wash numerous times in the past. The keep the supplies stocked even through the busiest of days. Its fast, clean, convenient and I love the free vacuum afterwards. The employees are friendly and helpful.

They were very friendly to my daughter, which was her first time going through one. She loved the colorful soap. It was quick and than the vacuums worked really good.

First time I went to this car wash and I left with scratches on my trunk. I used the vacuum and it had very poor suction.

Nice and quick car wash. I do have some scratches on my car unfortunately tho and there was still dirt on my windows and trunk. I ended up having to wipe down parts of my car to get them clean. The free vacuum is a nice perk. Overall id say good value. The ppl were nice as well.

This car wash was an amazing experience. After waiting for forever for them to open my excitement was through the roof. You pull up to the car wash with smiling faces and even a gift for you. They help you choose which wash you want with so much joy. The vacuum area is clean and very inviting. Please don’t change a thing I love it. Can’t wait until I take my car again. And the best part is it’s right down the road. I don’t have to travel far to wash my car anymore !!!

Typically, I don’t expect much from car wash places. The employees just let the machines do the work and wave you on. If you’re unsatisfied, tough luck it’s not their problem. This place is different, the service here is amazing! I came here for a car wash and was pleasantly surprised that they offer free vacuums for unlimited time. You do have to bring your own towels though if you want to wipe down your car. I still had some crusty bird poop residue on my car even after the wash, so I asked if I could bring my car around for another wash. Instead, one of the employees came over and personally cleaned it off for me! He didn’t have to do that and I didn’t expect him to but he did. My car and I appreciate that, such excellent and hard working employees. Not to mention how reasonable the prices are—probably not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and your car will be CLEAN.

Excellent car wash with an even better staff!! They fold in my mirrors & take off my “Purebred Patriot” magnet when I pull up. I have the monthly membership. If you wash your car once a week, you’ve doubled your investment. Open 7 days a week. Sometimes the line is around the corner, and for good reason. It was fantastic.. Has gotten a little lacking. They used to pre spray the front and back for bug debris and now just a 2 second shot on the windshield..and not an ounce of eye contact with staff.. They just point at the sign to put in neutral. Probably petty, but when your used to great service and then its not anymore you take notice. Will probably cancel wash club.
