They absolutely will not answer the phone. Could not get any information from this location until I physically went to the place. Staff was courteous when I arrived, but available car was too small and very dented.

They do not answer the phone ever… I’m not even able to Uber because they messed up on their part. They added two vehicles onto my Uber account? Now I can’t even use or drive it?? Will demand my money back because I can’t use it to drive.UPDATE. my first charge has vanished. No where to be found. And after complaining, they gave me my money back. Only to randomly charge me $87 then that charge disappeared and vanished then they charged me $333.42. Already in contact with my lawyer about their robbery.

Definitely cheaper than the rest but you get what you pay for. Not planning on getting into this death trap van and sitting on the back 😳I will pay more money next time

Call them on phone(office phone) not the company phone, and ask them if they have cars, the customer service on phone made us reservaions when we went to them they told us no cars.3. I went two times and I will go to the third time tomorrow, I spent 150$ on transportation to lease a car😠 to work with it.

I just want to put a friendly comment here. Every time I go into that uber trailer, the two young ladies are very friendly. They have the greatest patience. The trailer can be extremely busy at times Ive seen customers point blank yell and scream at these young ladies and they just continue their business. How can they be accused of something they dont handle.

The two customer service reps that represents avis are phenomenal they will go out there way to make sure you’re comfortable in the vehicle your renting. It can get very busy in that trailer, because it’s such a small space. The only thing I hate is the manager (ALI) she will take forever to take out your weekly payments, which will inconvenience the customers at times. A lot of customers come in there and yell at the two young ladies for Issues they cant control. I’ve been reading a few comments and it’s crazy how these customers are attacking these ladies due to the amount of pressure they deal with on a daily bases..

Warning UBER DRIVERS!!!! This business needs to shot down immediately. People who works there are incredibly rude!!! They overcharged me and they had me so much trouble. I’m preparing a report to Avis Headquarters. Do yourself a favor and don’t ever visit this place, unless you have a stress fatigue!I rented cars all around the globe and never seen this type of unprofessional approach and greediness!!!

There was someone with a fake ID that rented a car from this establishment and this ID was sent to my residence and I am trying to call to follow up with this as I made a police report and need someone to get back to me. I have called the number several times and would like someone to get in contact with me as soon as possible.

The ladies that run this location are VERY professional and patient with their customers. It’s not a short drive but I enjoy coming here to see their smiling faces. Uber and Avis should be sure to appreciate these angels!

Worst service ever. Also they gave me a car which registration was expired over a month ago. How come? And then they make me wait untill the car comes back to inventory in order to replace it. And just because their laziness they made me wait for over an hour to finally decide to check it manually.
