Worst car service.I was on the app for 15 minutes looking for a cab in the rain, then I called . They don’t even say hello and they think everybody understands spanish. I gave the address he then said something in Spanish n hung up. I got on a bus n got home 50 minutes later a cab driver calls saying he’s on location. Wth 50 minutes later!! Back in the day this was a good company not anymore tho

Good app most of the time. Sometimes it takes awhile to get a car but you can always call them for faster service. Love that they take cash or you can pay on the app itself. Been using for awhile now. Way cheaper that Uber or Lyft most of the time

I used this car service from Costco as the price was more affordable than Uber and left my house keys in the trunk after retrieving my groceries. I called the office and they helped me research and locate my driver and figured out a way to bring my keys to me. I was so grateful. Thank you 🙏🏽

As a last minute resort. I this cab service when all cab base were unavailable. And, they came through for me. And, I was on the other side of town. Very surprised and happy to get home.

When I called, they took a bit to respond. Maybe not as many cars were available when I called. Also you should consider how much traffic may be outside. They are reliable as I can attest that I got a driver who was helpful in driving me to my destination with my boxes

This cab service is the worst. Rude and unprofessional. Called for a cab and besides being on hold for 20 times they kept hanging up on me. Then called me back and told me my.cab was outside and when I went down no cab. Then you call back to be spoken to you snarty and rude. El barrio is garbage they should be closed down

I called a taxi gor my daughter graduation the dispatcher kept saying my taxi was coming and even sent me confirmation number number taxi never shower up and I kept calling and got the same answer the guy was also very disrespectful over the phone and sounded like he didn’t wanna talk to me and mind you it long long before he answered the phone next thing you know another lady answer I guess he knew who it was anyway the lady said the same thing you taxi is coming the tus taxi never came my kids and I tried to stop one outside but no luck until 45 minutes later when we arrived at my girls graduation it was all over just like I thought and no to mention my daughter was crying las the way there and when we. And home she was son depressed she stayed in her room for one week straight my family and I don’t like this cab company and will never be using it again and I’m gonna anybody not to trust them

The reason I didnt use the el barrio cab service. The person that answer the phone has an attitude n very inpatient I told him where n he needed start point Put me on hold for a long time like 15mins. Didnt answered back. So i hanged up. I send in a e-mail n complained. Very doubtful of using el barrio

Never Answer your phone calls. And when they do, most of the time theyll put you on hold and Never calls you back. Its a terrible service

Ive used them for medical transportation, and they werent good at all. They made me an hour in half late to an appointment, and then had me waiting in the rain from 6:30pm till 8pm. Every time I called the dispatcher, he said the car will be there in 5 mins. I would not recommend or will be utilizing their services ever again

They are unprofessional and unreliable. Several times they told me my cab was a few minutes away and when I call back because the cab didnt arrive they said they have nothing available. Absolutely disgusting and I will never call this cab service again.

Needed an urgent ride to the airport after Uber cancelled my reserved ride to the airport 10 minutes before the scheduled time. This company showed up in 10 minutes after the initial call. My son caught his flight in time to come see his momma. Thank you so much in assisting in this long over due reunion. Highly recommend this car service.

They overcharge all the time. I live like 12 blocks away and they charge me $14+ for a 10 minute drive. I just had to pay $24 for them to drive me to the same location I always go to. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Definitely go with a different car service if you can!

Always on time! Everyone is friendly and courteous! And whether I use the app or call in for a reservation, I never have any problems. Ive used them for super long trips, as well as short trips from Costco to my home! The prices are great and so are the cars! Always clean! My Mom loves them too and the drivers are nice enough to help her into the car and out and load her walker for her as well! Have used El Barrios dozens of times before for my dad’s medical appointments — today the car came more than 80 minutes after he was supposed to get picked up. To the manager: please give your staff much needed customer service training. I understand that their job is frustrating and demanding, but these women are literally getting paid to give customers attitude when we ask for assistance, all with zero accountability.

I have a few favorite drivers like 944 and a few other .. love sandy and Anthony from the office great customer service .. just been having some problem with the new ppl that just started dispatching at the office it’s like they don’t know what they doing or they real rude and nasty .. other then that great service

It is the most unprofessional car service I have ever had the displeasure of requesting service from. The dispatcher (a certain female whose name I dont know because they dont give their names) was very discourteous when I tried to tell her I would need more time than 2 minutes because I live on a high floor. She just hung up. I called her back and her excuse was they cant wait there forever. When I told her I took 5 minutes to get down she said she had no control over the drivers. Told me I should call a cab when I am already on the street. So, she expects people to be waiting outside in rain, heat or cold weather, while the driver is nice and cozy in his/her car because they cant wait 5 minutes. This is the only cab service where the drivers dont wait. Nothing but a bunch of fools that dont have any notion of customer service. I usually dont write reviews because if someone does an excellent job, I tell them personally or call the manager, but if these people dont step up their game, there are other cab services in the area that will and can do better. Good riddance!!

Love to use their new app, and I always use them from the mall. They load my food and prices are easy to distinguish from their colored map. Only thing is credit card payments are on site, didnt know that the first time and thought they were in the car. But still giving them 5 stars since theyre so helpful.

I called el Barrios car service on Valentine’s Day,mind you I had tried a few other car services but they all said they had no cabs available.The dispatcher at El barrios instead of telling my fiancé he had nothing available he simply told him he’d call us back (so we wouldn’t be on hold)..he called us back within 4mins gave us an eta of 2mins and also gave us the price which might I add $30 to bayplaza is a great price.my fiancé asked him his name he said Sandy,great sense of humor and great customer service we will continue to keep using this company,thanks a million.
