Originally I had another company come in with the dog to inspect and they found bed bugs... I started doing a bunch of online research on what to do next and found these guys. They came right away and treated my heavily infested west village apartment. Its been over 6 months and Im still bed bug free. I was also very grateful they did a clearance k9 inspection at the end after my treatment because the peace of mind is priceless and since they have bed bug sniffing dogs too I didnt have to spend more $ to hire a company separately!

Stayed at a nice hotel in NYC and woke up to bites. Called the front desk and told them I think the room has bed bugs. They send some dinky company to come and inspect and claimed that they didnt find anything. After waking up the next day to more bites, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I phoned these guys and they came same day. They have a certified k9 who actually alerted on the bed and confirmed that yes, there were in fact bed bugs!! The hotel finally moved me to a different room and apologized blah blah. Still incredibly disappointed at the hotel and was now worried about bringing these bugs home. The bed bugs guys actually gave me this heating treatment piece of equipment and had me put all my stuff in there while I was in the new room. I luckily only had a suitcase worth of clothes. Worked great. Been over a month and happy to know I didnt transfer anything back to my home. Really satisfied with these guys. Great service and they are there when you need them.

I seriously was FREAKING OUT! I was getting married in 2 weeks… could you imagine starting off your marriage with bed bugs?!?!?!? Can you imagine if the bugs had reached my wedding dress?!?! I would have died. These guys treated my place and completely eradicated any mention of the existence of bugs in my apartment. On top of that, they taught me how to better protect myself and my apt from any future foreign bug invaders. They SAVED ME. I will forever be extremely grateful.

Super helpful and informative!! So basically I was staying in the city at an Airbnb and got worried that I might have bed bugs. I know how crazy and freaked out I could have sounded on the phone. Jon took his time answering all my questions and even came out there the same evening with his certified k9 to inspect. I was pleased to hear that no bed bugs were found. They did find some carpet beetles though. The peace of mind they brought was way worth the money!
