Short story: My sons building on Manhattan Avenue, NYC, is in the midst of a significant rodent (mice) problem; and my sons apartment seems to be at the vortex of the population. Assured was recommended by one of the staff at my building. These folks listened to the issues, assigned a technician to visit the apartment, and took a first step to stem the growing, problem. The tech was most forthcoming... it was probably a multi-visit engagement to solve the problem.Indeed it was. Not only did the (same) tech finish the job, he also came back one additional time to be sure that nothing was missed. These folks really understand how to address extermination problems, and, of equal importance, are fully respectful of the residents dealing with a rather aggravating invasion. Kudos to both the technician and his management. We highly recommend Assured.

Last year my warehouse experienced a infestation of mice. My PCO was onsite daily until the infestation was eliminated. Throughout the entire process Assured used all available resources to mitigate and then eliminate the issue.
