We contacted Alpha to deal with a bed bug problem in our apartment. In the end, our building agreed to cover the expense through their own supplier, so we couldnt go with Alpha.Still, I felt I had to write a review as the guys were really great; responsive, kind, friendly, and I was disappointed that we couldnt go with them in the end! I cant speak to the pest service they provide (although I guess the other reviews speak to that), but they were really nice guys and very quick to send us prep advice. Thank you!

Excellent service from start to finish. Available, responsive and thorough service. They took over when another company failed to adequately eliminate the bed bugs after two treatments. Their service was vastly more intensive and half the price. Bed bugs are now gone. Sorry I did not start with this company first.

I noticed a few bed bugs on my bed and on the baseboard! My apartment building has a recent infestation and management is using a different pest control company! I heard from neighbors their bed bug problem is still present! So i hired Alpha Bed Bug Exterminator pest control based on reviews and my gut feeling! After I talk to Mike on the phone i was impressed! They accommodates my 2 cats so they did not have to leave during the treatment! ABBE did the treatment over 2 days so my cats could be locked in different rooms! No other company does that! Matt did my treatment on Thursday in the bedrooms and he was very thorough! All bed bugs are dead! I saw a few dead bedbugs on the floor and zero dead bugs alive! The next day jay came back to finish the kitchen living room and washroom! Both guys were friendly and did a good job! My infestation was just small i got on it right away so thanks god Im now protected for a few months as the pesticide they use is harmless but has a residual effect! It means that it keeps working for up to 3 months! So any bug that wonders in will be dead in 24 hours! This is how Mike explained! Only problem with the company is the cost! They seem to be the most expensive but I believe it is worth it! If you have bed bugs go with and you will be bug free!

Just had my follow-up treatment with Alpha Bed Bug Exterminator. Great experience. The manager of the field technicians, Mike came to our location and was very knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions about the treatment process. He welcomed my questions and was more than willing to explain each part of the process to set proper expectoration around what to expect in the coming weeks after treatment.
