I was getting bit for a few weeks and found out that I had bedbugs in the house. I did some research and googled the best exterminators in New York . Seen and read up on all out bedbug exterminators and they had high reviews. They had great comments so we gave them a shot. They also guaranteed their work meaning the bed bugs were gone for the quoted price no matter how many times they had to come out. And they were!. One visit and they were gone. You can tell they enjoy their work are very knowledgeable and want to do it right the first time. If we were to get bedbugs again, there is no cost to remove them. I am more than satisfied with my experience and hope to never go through this problem again.

We had bedbugs in January 2021. We were freaking out, of course and Louis was so nice and calming! He was the first company to answer and sent someone over right away. They treated and assured us we didnt need to throw everything out as we had feared. We then had them come back 6 months later to ensure everything was taken care of and he did a second treatment for free to make sure they would never come back. Brilliant Work - bed bugs have been gone for about 6 months now. We hire our regular Exterminators because we have a rental property in Manhattan, however our pest control company in the building was being unreliable. Highly Recommend. Great service, at a FAIR cost. Most of all i didnt have to pack up my entire apartment and move everything out, Luis and his team were great to deal with. My technician Danny was excellent, he was a few minutes early and let me know exactly what he was doing and why with the treatments. Luis educated me on other treatments other companies provide and why they do work but its only a temporary solution and not a long term fix, and the new technological treatment he uses pretty much infects every single bed bug like a virus that kills them internally. Which i researched everything he said on my own and he wasnt lying. Because of the NY Covid-19 shutdown, pretty much work stopage, where they couldnt come, no fault of their own, my warranty expired at that time. I reached out to Luis and he said he will still come back to do a check and spray free of charge if needed even though the warranty expired, even though he and I know he didnt have to do that. I Would definitely use them again but I dont have to cause all the bugs are dead, i saw the proof.

I cannot recommend Luis and his business enough. My girlfriend and I were worried that we had bedbugs so we called Luis. We explained our situation to him and sent him a number of detailed photos of what we had found.It turns out we had bugs called “Spider Beetles” in our apartment and did not have bedbugs. Even though we did not have bedbugs he provided us with advice on how to deal with the spider beetles. He was knowledgeable, thorough and extremely helpful. I would recommend him highly to anyone dealing with a pest problem.

But, he’s boss tried to over charged me for a job that I’ve done in the past for a lot more cheaper than he tried to charge me after the job was done, which was a real basic job. I spoke to him last night as I consulted a few exterminators and within 24 hours my apartment was prepped by me thanks to step by step instructions from Luis and treated thoroughly with Aprehend and one other product by his tech Danny. If you think you can DIY this kind of a pest situation big or small, please listen to everyone who says you have to get an exterminator and a knowledgeable one at that. After my building management was not able to successfully exterminate our bed bug infestation two months ago, I called All Out Bed Bug Exterminators. They answered right away, were very sympathetic, and offered to have someone over to my apartment that afternoon to give a quote and start treatment. I am so grateful to have found Luis and his team to assist me in my DESPERATE time of need.I initially tried to work with my management company to eradicate the bugs... big mistake. They hired Dial A Bug, who sprayed a water based product on my mattress (no where else!), advised I get a mattress cover and called it a treatment. Use this exterminator. This team is very good. I cant say enough about them. When I called, the owner was very patient and well-informed. I was concerned about my infestation because my landlord was refusing to pay for treatment (denying the issue) and I was moving out of the country in a few weeks and did not want to take these critters with me.This company evaluated my situation before recommending anything. I knew for a fact that I had a bed bug infestation. When they came to confirm it, they booked my treatment same day also using newly developed treatment just authorized in New York. They sent me information and videos regarding this new treatment so that I can confirm my interest and feel like I was well informed of the entire process.After the treatment, they offered to write support letters to give to my landlord to chase him for the payment. The company was also really great about letting me contact them well after the treatment had happened. I called Luis twice up to three weeks after the treatment to ask him follow up questions and he always let me know that he was there if I needed him or his advice.I cannot say better things for this company.*Monetary note for prospective customers: they charge slightly more if you want to pay them via card instead of cash up front.

I called Luis about a bed bug problem sometime in March. He had someone come out to my home the very next day for an inspection and treatment. Both Luis and his worker were extremely nice and caring. They reassured me they would get rid of the bugs and not to worry. Thankfully it was a mild infestation and they kept their word and got rid of the bugs. My kids have not had a bite since and its been 8 months!! My landlord refuse to reimburse me the money I spent to have my apt treated. I was NOT about to be out over $1,000 on something he should have taken care of. My roommate and I recently moved into a new apartment. We unfortunately discovered the Bed Bug situation two days before Thanksgiving. We tried to use who our landlord suggested however we would have had to wait until later the following week to be fit in. Others suggested treatments that led to living out of bags for 3 months. Finally, though google guaranteed I found All Out Bed Bug Exterminator and spoke to Lewis. Lewis was very knowledgeable about the topic and had different suggestions that would be most suitable for us. He was about to visit our apartment that day and while I was moving stuff in after his visit he then sent out another employee to treat the new furniture moved into our apartment. I would 100% recommend this company for swift and effective service as we have not had a problem since.

Spoke with All Out for consultation purposes and I have to say that my experience with Louis and his team was far beyond what I expected. Not only was Louis genuinely concerned and extremely responsive, he made himself repeatedly available while we negotiated the treatment plan. He asked for pictures of my bites to determine whether they were, in fact, from bed bugs, and explained the process and purpose of his companys procedures, along with the parasites behavior and complications from using weaker, water-based solutions. He rescheduled appointments to fit me in within a few hours of calling, and sent over a technician who searched for parking for 45 minutes, before giving up and rescheduling for the next day.This is my first, painful and horrific experience with bed bugs, one I hope is completely eradicated as quickly as possible, and to be the last time ever. That said, its obviously becoming a huge issue in urban societies and its great to know that there is a reliable and trustworthy company to turn to. Plus, theyre family-run and owned, so support an entrepreneur and not the big box corporations. Louis is already 5 stars in my book.

He was quickly able to identify that we indeed did have bed bugs and offered same day EFFECTIVE treatment (no bed bugs since) at a reasonable cost!! Since having him treat our apartment we have been bite free and have finally been able to get a good nights rest! Even when we reached out with concerns after the extermination he was prompt and responsive in a more than timely manner, in order to ease our concerns. To top it all off, he made sure to call us back a few days later to ensure that we were still bite and stress-free! WOULD RECOMMEND TO ALL!

Found a bed bug on my pillow and immediately called Luis! I called at 11pm and they were able to come the next morning at 6:45am to inspect and treat the problem! Him and his family were Kind, helpful, patient and answered all of my questions (trust me I had a lot). The treatment was quick and eco friendly!!! This morning I woke up to a small red bug in my bed. I immediately panicked. I stripped my bed and started throwing away so many items from my apartment.
