I have been here for almost a year. The staff is really great and I have been so happy with the way I have been treated. They have always accommodated all my requests and needs and they go above and beyond everything I ask for. I think if you are a small business, (especially if you are just starting out), you should definitely speak to someone at NYC Office Suites to meet your office leasing needs.

In my opinion, this is an unbelievably unprofessional, bait-and-switch company with rude agents and misleading listings. Mr. Carroll,What I was shown was completely different from what I was promised and shown online. Here is what transpired when I arrived.- The agent (James) wasnt there- I waited around, and when James didnt show I was then shown a beautiful corner office by the front desk attendant, and was led to believe that that office was available, and for the price I was quoted- Once James did show up, he showed me a VERY different office. Tiny, no windows.- Today, when I was emailed by the online broker handling communications, it came with a reply from James, telling me to GO TO QUEENS. Unprofessional.Im not placing blame on anyone in particular. But the whole process was a nightmare in my opinion, as a small business trying to find a place to hang my hat.
