I’ve been using Sage office space since 2016 and I’ve had great service. I would highly recommend Sage. They are very accommodating and affordable!

NOT RECOMMENDED. Do not rent an office on the weekend here. WHAT IS ADVERTISED IS NOT PROVIDED. NO SUPPORT, NO COMMUNICATION.I couldnt get into my 12:30pm reserved room until close to 1pm because there was no one at the front desk. One of the other renters came out of his room and I was able to ask him how to get in. He said that no one is ever at the front desk on the weekend and that I had to call someone to get into the room. (He called the owner for me.) I was never informed about this prior to my reservation date/time and I was never given the phone number to call. None of the phone numbers listed at the front desk worked. If that other renter had not been there, I would not have been able to see my paying clients. It was a very disappointing experience.None of the numbers listed on the front desk worked. I called each one to try to find out how to get into my reserved office, which I reserved over 3 weeks in advance.The only person in the office was another renter, leading a group. If he hadnt come out of his room, I wouldnt have had any way to get into the room I reserved and paid for. He called the owner of the space and she remotely let me into the room. Then I got locked out of my room after I walked a client to the elevator. Good thing that same renter was still there and could call the owner to give him the pass of the door lock. My phone and computer were in that room and I would have been ****ed if he wasnt still there. This was the most unprofessional office space I have ever paid for.The office smelled like a cheap NYC massage venue, was incredibly hot, disgusting kitchen.When the other renter called the owner, I had to wait 20 minutes until they got back to him so I could get in the room I paid for.The waiting area and kitchen had no filtered water as described in the listing.The coffee maker -- which was disgusting and not clean -- didnt work and the other renter told me it hasnt worked for a while.The bathroom next door was horribly disgusting and could be smelled in the hallway.If need someplace cheap, this should do. If you need someplace that is even somewhat professional, go somewhere else.

Ive been using this place for several years now, and theyve only gotten better. The offices were recently renovated, and theyre really nice and make a great professional first impression for clients. I also like that theyre multipurpose. You have offices as well as larger rooms that can be used for formal or more casual meetings. And the staff has always been very nice and helpful, ready to address or take care of anything Ive needed.I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a professional and reasonably priced workspace.

I always enjoy renting space here. The help is efficient and kind. The place is clean and furnished in a cool eccentric way. Some of the small offices have windows. So affordable and top-notch. I like the vibe here.

Rented use of a 3-person office, and it was super easy to do! The website was a tad clunky to use (booking page opened in a frame on the site), but it worked and it was a smooth process booking the reservation as was getting into the building and room. Nothing terribly fancy about the room or the suite, but it had all the basics that I could have needed, and it worked well for my client, too. I like that there is also the ability to use the space after hours, as well.

Great facilities, friendly staff, meet all the requirements for our meeting. 2nd time booking and will definitely book again.

This place is perfect for my small business in the sense that I dont have to lease an actual office and I can simply just pay for the office time I use. In addition, the price is reasonable. It also allows me to have a virtual office where my phones can be answered and my emails sent. Its really good.

This office space has been a life-saver for me. I lost some showroom space I had nearby so when I have customers come to this location, it is just 3 blocks from where I used to meet them so there has been no drop off in my sales. The place is clean, they have many choices of office size and the staff is as nice and professional as they can be. I would highly recommend this space but dont tell too many people, I like how low-key and uncrowded it is now! UPDATED 6/20/19 -A year later, continues to be a great option for me, i was just there today!

I personally do not believe the customer experience is good at all. There was a miscommunication with my payment and they actually deleted my account instead of reaching out. I had been using the service for around 2 years and thought Sage valued their customers, but I am obviously wrong. I would definitely not recommend.

My go-to place in Manhattan to meet clients. Convenient location near transit and parking garages. The staff is terrific and the accommodations are neat and comfortable and private.

Once you get the hang of it, booking the space is a breeze. the offices are a bit small and dont have windows but this is NY so you cant have it all. Reception is always courteous and professional. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is that the offices seem to get very warm during my meetings but theres no way to adjust the temperature. overall great value for the service. its a no-brainer

I have been seeing clients at this location for a little less than a year. As I grow my business they are a great resource. The rooms are affordable, and the staff is friendly and professional. I would recommend Sage to anyone!
