Absolutely, terrible experience. The reception desk is a joke. Whoever runs the desk is abysmal to work with. I was on a month to month and canceled during COVID but they kept sending me invoices. They hired an attorney to settle the charges. Once I settled the charges I called them back to increase my membership and they wanted me to pay beyond the settledcharges and would not renew me.Then began harassing me to not list their address on my signature even though they were still charging me for it. STAY AWAYYYYY!
First Id like to say the reception team is lovely! I had an issue with my membership when I first signed on and the team was able to help me get the issue resolved in a timely manner. Ive been working out of the Hudson Yards location for about a year now and so far so good, however their is a new person named Vijay I think that I share an office with and hes constantly loud, rude, and not to mention very SMELLY. Other than that experience Ive been very pleased!
The penthouse here is a great co working space! Plenty of room to find a spot where you have a bit of privacy, nice amenities, great WiFi, and a general ambiance that’s conducive to being productive. Highly recommend for entrepreneurs or people looking to work remote
Great place. Staff at the reception are horrible. Even worse they keep charging your card for no reason and you can’t get your money back because their accounts help desk email never replies and if you call the accounts help desk folks there have no idea of what they are doing on the call.
We had a scheduled appointment at the Hudson Yards SPACES location and met with a girl whose name I dont recall, likely because she didnt give us a business card. We spent quite a bit of time in the building, which was beautiful, but determined it was not quite right for our needs, mostly because of ceiling heights. Your associate had ideas about other SPACES locations that would be a good fit and was to send us info regarding those spaces, rent cost, floor plans, etc. We were interested and indicated that pretty emphatically. We never heard anything back form this girl; not even a thanks for stopping in!, much less all the information that was promised to us. We were looking to move in very quickly and own a reputable and fast-growing boutique lighting company in Chelsea--we were great candidates. As a business owner, I would want for someone to give me this feedback on my employee and think it would be a good idea to pass this along to someone in a supervisory role. Your associate completely dropped the ball and wasted our time as a result. This was no a good experience with your brand and when people ask me where they can find office and/or co-working space in the city (which happens more and more frequently) I will certainly tell them who NOT to call.
Beautiful Space but the staff here does not seem well trained. I have been to both this location and the Meatpacking location and they are by far much more knowledgeable than the staff at Hudson Yards. Came in early for a meeting as a guest and needed wifi to prep but they were not able to give it to me saying I had to wait for my member to arrive. Meanwhile I have had an exact situation at Meatpacking where they were able to supply guest wifi. Id love to see more consistency in this regard.
The space itself is great but their staff members are quite horrible and system itself as well. As a member, if you book you shouldnt have to waste your time talking to reception and routed to whatever random co-working space on a daily basis. Thats the case for this location. In addition, their system is quite outdated so the app couldnt even recognize the account number that was created on the website. So I couldnt even use co-working space for about a month even if I paid and was limited to the business lounge. Staff members were constantly harassing members that they needed to book a space on the app when the app didnt even work. If you want your member to do so, please fix your system or at least figure out how to do it internally instead of yelling at your customers. Or AT LEAST train your people to be courteous. They seemed extremely unprofessional in so many ways.
Great space. Great light. Easy for teams to meet. Love the business-club membership access to the city.
Stay away. spaces belongs to regus who is terrible at customer support and will continue billing you with no reason.
