Incredible office space in a very nice building with dining area equipped with coffee/tea maker and fridge. Conference room is perfect size for any typical meeting with view of city. You can rent office space of different sizes for any time length. Love the concept, highly recommend!
When searching for a new office, I came across only a handful that met all of my needs and requirements. The Virgo Business Centers were the only ones that met just about all of them. The price point is just right and the value is significant. Their centers are well maintained and they employ people who are friendly, competent and professional. The people at their centers are diverse and interesting. Great value, great locations, wonderful staff. I would highly recommend their centers.

Virgo has very nice office spaces in a prime NYC location. Just steps away from Central Park and close to many subway stations. Very accessible using MTA. There are also several great restaurants and venues nearby, perfect for client meetings and entertainment. The offices themselves are kept very clean and secure. The building provides a great sense of security including cameras in the hallways of the Virgo office spaces.
The staff are very professional, efficient, friendly, and easy to work with.The shared spaces (small cafeteria, restrooms, halls) are always well maintained.The office location is smack in midtown and very accessible for native New Yorkers and commuters alike.
The location is great, right in the middle of midtown Manhattan. The space is modern and has a large reception area with a lounge area as well. It is very inviting and I totally recommend it.

Good place to work, comfortable, clean and well maintained space, complete and comfortable offices and meeting rooms. There is a great variety of restaurants of all kinds, coffee shops, pharmacies, mini markets and metro stations around the building.
We are a small film festival and have been at Virgo Office spaces 1345 6th Ave. for 2 moths now and we have found the staff to be very responsive to our needs as well as extremely proactive and helpful.The space is always clean and maintained well. Weve been a Virgo client for 4 years, first at their Park Avenue location and now at their beautiful new space on 6th. Theyve been fair and flexible, helping us expand and contract with our constantly changing space requirements as we have scaled up and pivoted. The best part of renting from Virgo is the staff. Adrienne, Norma and Alan at 6th Ave have been a huge help to us, as have the whole team at Park Ave over the years, and they feel like members of our own team. You wont find a better value in midtown.
