If there was a highest negative review id do that surely. The receptionists in children therapy section r so RUDE and unprofessional. All of them. Most of the time they talk to each other A LOOOOT, but whenever u ask about something they answer with anger. Also they misguided me giving me wrong information. I didnt take any actiin only because I had to go there. They know we r helpless and they take advantage of that.

I do my therapy here and my psychologist and my psychiatrist are the nest team in a long time of treatment is 3 years and the changes in my life talk by them self .

This school is HORRIBLE. they refuse to listen to what the parent Concerns are, and they think that you are like their child and refuse to talk to one of the parents when the other is busy. They are extremely unprofessional and childish don’t send your kid here if you really care about them. They really degrade you as a parent.

If I could give this school negative stars I would! This school should be shut down! My son has an IEP & is entitled to speech & occupational therapy. I was given the run around when I asked to speak with my son’s speech therapist...oh & good luck trying to get in contact with the school to check up on things!! They never answer the phone!! I never spoke with the speech therapist & I’m pretty sure there wasn’t one to begin with & I’ve never spoke with the occupational therapist either! They have three paras in the classroom no special education teacher which is ILLEGAL!! They lied about a teacher so-called starting but there was never a new teacher for 4-5 whole months! It is very dark, very ghetto, one of the paras only cares about her long ridiculous nails, & is very unprofessional. I was even told by that dump of a school to be prepared for my child to be kicked out of the charter school he is in now for his behavior. I am so glad my child is out of that place & parents please, make sure you get your children in a school where they get the quality education they deserve! This place is a joke & I hope they shut it down sooner than later!

The preschool needs more funding and light. There isnt enough support for the school. Most of the workers arent even certified teachers and rehab individuals working with small children. One special educational teacher worker the classrooms. No cameras, no aba. They just want your medicaid care so the place can keep running. The department of education shame on you. Plus the was open investigation in abuse. Safety issues with doors!

The mics program is the worst ever since my husband was transferred to them he is off medication and my life is a living hell. Thinks about filing a complaint against them.

Very disorganized. Always fighting with my doctor because she refused to change my medication after telling her it doesnt work.Then today(5/3) I went to my appointment for them to tell me the office odds closed. What a waste of time and carefare . Well be going somewhere else .

Tried for 2 weeks to get through the phone lines and get an appointment set and i never get a call returned when I leave voicemails.

Very unprofessional: Ive gotten an appointment on a day they were closed,and there answer was ooh Im so sorry, also i always show up for my appointments a little early and three times the receptionist was letting people who have appointments after me go ahead of me.Then when i flipped out they called security who dont really speak any English to like size me up of course i had to defend myself.these people love to instigate a good fight so they can eventually call 911
