I have been going here for over 2 years and have nothing bad to say, except sometimes they let me run out of medication, but that has always been resolved quickly. My councilor is great and I really really like her. During this pandemic we have talked on the phone every week- which I like because I seem to be having more time with her- which rocks!!!!!

I am pretty happy with my therapist here and overall experience. Location is great, right in front of the subway station, the receptionist is always so cheerful and friendly. One thing is that I wish I could have M.D. doctor for my psychiatric treatment for the capability reason (i.e. medical marijuana,) instead of a nurse practitioner. But then again, she is also nice and thoughtful. So I would give this place a 4 stars.

Terrible.I saw three nurse practicioners and one psychiatrist. All gave conflicting information while saying theyd speak to the head psychiatrist and get back to me, but never got back to me. One of the nurse practicioners was argumentative, conedescending, and kept forcing her religious beliefs into conversation and me. One of them told me she had over 200 clients - that tells you all you need to know about this place.I saw two therapists. One seemed like she wasnt even there for the conversation, and tried to end the sessions as quickly as possible (a 30 min session turned into 10 after all the pre-amble B.S.). All she said when I told her my problems was wow. Wow indeed.I saw the career therapist. She said to forward her my resume so that she could work on it. She said it was a Google doc, so she didnt even try to edit it. She said she would forward me jobs via e-mail, I responded OK, then she never replied. They scheduled phone appointments, then never called. The receptionists are useless, confused, and always in a bad mood. This place is under-funded, under-staffed, and uninformed. Find somewhere else.

I dont know how a mental health clinic is totally closed. They can work from home if they are scared from virus. I called three times because I havent been good and they are closed

This is the worst place for sure.My daughters case got closed before her first appointment, when she got there the nasty program coordinator turned her back. When I got her over the phone she ended up hanging the phone on me.With mental places like this I can almost guarantee that the suicidal rate will keep increasing.Post Graduate Center for Mental Health shame on you!

This is the worst place you could go for mental health services. They lie to you constantly, especially Nancy, who runs the awful group therapy sessions. She is the worst example of a human being on the face of the earth! A new director has made this place even worse. If you value yourself & your mental health you will avoid this place at all costs!!!
