Excellent and beautiful venue! Juda was such a pleasure to work with. I am located in Texas, planning a social Meet and Greet could have been very stressful, with Judas help it was painless. Juda went above and beyond as did Alex to meet all of my expectations and then some. I used their catering services as well, the video I saw of the food was displayed beautifully. I had great feedback as well that the food was delicious! I highly recommend this venue.

Jay Conference excellent venue for a mid-size conference. The rooms are equipped with the latest AV and sound system. The coffee/tea station looked always very welcoming and fully stocked, the lunch buffet was well-sorted with excellent food. It a place well worth the price. The Monroe Room is awesome !!

The conference room was great and very close to our office. Team at the hotel was very efficient and helped us set up. Emails and phone calls were prompt.Will definitely be using again for meetings. The office staff loved it!

Jay Conference has been consistent with my company for years. They are efficient and pay attention to details and requests. Their staff is friendly and the spaces are clean and well-maintained. They are a great choice for major meetings or work events.

I attended a four-day offsite conference here recently. The space was very clean and organized, and rooms were big enough to comfortably fit a large group of people. The breakout spaces were also clean and of a reasonable size.The food was absolutely great, and seemed to be unlimited. I was very impressed with the breakfast both days (especially the egg frittatas and assorted muffins), and lunch both days was great. It was impossible to go hungry here. The AM and PM break snacks were also good, especially the chocolate chip cookies served in the afternoon, which were incredible (as was the flatbread and hummus combination).Jay Conference also has a well-stocked snack bar, complete with pre-packaged KIND bars, chips, chocolate waffles, some candies, and bottled beverages, amongst other items. My colleagues enjoyed these quite a bit (especially the first day, when we didnt know just how much other food would be served throughout the day).Also, the bathrooms were very clean and well-stocked. I especially appreciated the mouthwash, an unusual but smart touch in a public restroom. The music in the rest rooms was also a smart addition.I wasnt in charge of organizing the event I attended, so I cant speak to this first-hand, but their stated prices seem quite reasonable for all the services being provided. I fully recommend using this venue for offsite meetings.
