This place is ridiculous. They cancelled my appointment and then decided to reschedule me and left me waiting outside the door for 20 minutes just until I knocked and they said they couldn’t attend me anymore. Don’t come here, it was a waste of my time!

Had a pleasant time getting the teeth whitening done here. It was quick and efficient and the technition in charge was very clear, and attentative to my needs....

This is the absolute best value in the city!!! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The quality of service is second to none. I am so happy that I did my research before WAY over paying at other places!

Love this place! Ive had 3 laser hair removal sessions so far and the hair is almost completely gone already! I also did the teeth whitening and it was totally painless compared to other methods. All the staff is super friendly and their office is clean and nicely decorated.

I came in for a test patch/Consultation for a hair removal treatment. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. All of the details of the treatment and pricing were made so clear and easy to understand. Ive NEVER seen prices so inexpensive, especially with such a professional staff. I cant wait to start me treatment!!

Very cute space, staff is all very professional and helpful. Ive done 4 session on my legs so far and loved the results so Im going back to another section. Most affordable hair removal I found in NYC.

I bought a voucher for the first hair removal, the first consultation to know how to do the test and verify the data, it was with a kind person, but at the ILP appointment the lady was super rude, the procedure lasted less than 4 minutes, I was super dissatisfied and I asked her that there were some areas that she missing and simply said that it was over. The staff should be more professional to try to use the procedure as a means of improvement, not simply to want one to pay a lot of nonsense sessions. I dont want to come back in these place.

They keep changing the people who work there or the owners,they used to have a really nice staff. The new girl just goes through your treatment carelessly. Ended my 1.5h appointment in 15 mins. Not happy with the results. Not going back.

I came for a free Complimentary Express Facial + Skin Analysis + Special Offers. The woman there was alone, she was cold and rude. The express facial was express indeed and was about 5 minutes of criticism/body-shaming ending in a moisturizing cream. I found it quite chocking since it was a complimentary service to try to get my business. The only result is me giving this unflattering review and no chances I will use or recommend this place ever.

I started coming here about 2 years ago. I like to work on one zone at a time. But I love it. Great results, great team. Couldnt ask for more!!!

Great little place. Had my shoulders done although I should have started a lot more before the summer. At least Ill be hair free for next summer. Edna is great and makes you feel super comfortable. I will be making appointments for my back this week. Cant beat price, especially for ny/nj

THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!! Thanks, BodyBrite for scaring me for life. My scars are almost 1 year old at this point and still there. The more disappointing part is that the new manager of BodyBrite never responded to my calls. Not only that but she canceled all my previously scheduled Microderm sessions that the first manager had scheduled so I dont file a suit.My honest advice - after 2 years and a few thousand $ later, not only was I scared, but none of the sections I treated are hair-free. Save your money and your skin, this place is by far the worst.

Amazing!!!! I have been there for like 3 sessions and already see results. Edna was the one doing my sessions and she makes you feel so comfortable. Def. reccomend this place im soooo happy i wont ever have to shave!!! I rate this an A+++++++
