Petals Laser Lounge is a great place, and I would definitely recommend for laser hair removal! The office and rooms are all very clean and well decorated. Maya and Teona are both amazing - super knowledgeable, patient, friendly and know what they are doing. I’ve never lasered before but they were so helpful and answered all of my questions. Pain wise, it wasn’t unbearable at all. It was just uncomfortable but should be manageable if you’ve waxed in the past. Sessions were also on time and quick. I know everyone’s results will vary based on your skin/hair type, but I personally saw very good results after 2-3 sessions.

I purchased a groupon for 1 year unlimited laser on 1 small area and 1 large area and have been going here since Nov 2019. The spa is only a 5-7 minute walk from the train station on Fulton street, not difficult to find. When you enter, you feel at ease and relaxed. It smells nice. Everything is clean and has a beautiful feminine vibe. The front desk staff and technicians are always friendly and polite. They are diligent about making sure all your appointments are booked and never pushy about any of their other services. I have a naturally medium-tan complexion and the laser treatments have worked well for me. I’ve not experienced any burns or skin issues as I have in other places! I’m seeing good results, less hair growth but time will tell. I still recommend Petals!

From Day 1 she explained the treatment and process to me thoroughly, including the after and before care. She is very gentle and cares about her customers. She constantly asks to see if I am okay with the laser and to let her know if I am in any pain or discomfort. I went here for a year using a Groupon deal, they do not treat you any differently if you use a Groupon (like a lot of places do). After a year of treatment (8 sessions) my results are phenomenal. I was nervous at first being that I’ve never had laser before and the fact that I purchased the package off of Groupon. However each time I’ve visited the employees have been kind and welcoming. My skin isn’t the best and I felt a bit self conscious about it but each time the technician made me feel comfortable and offered tips without leaving me feeling judged. I just finished my last session of my groupon package for my face and I definitely see a difference. The hair that was there grows back so much more slowly and when it does grow in it’s very fine and not as noticeable as before. It really works and isn’t nearly as painful as I thought it would be. I really, really like this place!Came here for laser hair removal. Got a package at an amazing price and the service is really great--theyre very nice and helpful. My technician (Teona) is so nice and patient and worked to make me feel comfortable. Theyre super accommodating and helpful in general. I saw results after just ONE session of hair removal, which is great. So far, Im super happy with their service.I deducted one star because I have a hard time getting correct info form them--when I booked my package, they told me over the phone that it was valid for 2 years, and I later discovered its only valid for one. Another time, i called to ask for aftercare instructions, they gave me the wrong info, which caused me issues, unfortunately. Usually I wouldnt care about this kind of thing, but this kind of information is a big deal.Overall: would definitely recommend (although I cant yet vouch for long term affects of the treatment)!!! Just be sure to ask your questions, do your research, and verify your information.

Great price and great staff!But I have been getting laser treatments for almost a year and would like to say that it has worked for me, but it has not. I see that I have less hair than before, but I am not close to being done with the treatment.Ive had the same exact areas treated in the past with (Brazilian, Bikini and under arms) with an older type of laser (8 years ago) and after 3 sessions only I had way better results than with 8+ sessions at Petals. When I did it in the past each session would take longer, my sessions at Petals last 5-10 minutes.

This place is amazing! First of all, even before coming here, the ladies on the phone were super nice and accommodating. I just had my appointment today and I couldnt be happier with my experience. I got welcomed with coconut water!! Everybody is friendly and welcoming, the place itself is really cute- the room is friendly, with beautiful decor and accents, cozy couch and pillows. Excellent service. Even though we’re in the middle of beating a pandemic, our health and safety is our top priority. I went yesterday to do a touch up and laser on my face and so far almost all of my hair are falling off and some are regrowing. Even though my Groupon had ended, I bought another package to continue doing my face. I recommend this place because my cousin told me almost two ago that she went to do her laser on her face and she said that they upgraded their new laser technology so that all of your hairs can be gone permanently. Hopefully 2021, we can get back to our normal lives and beat COVID-19, continue to stay safe, socially distance and wear your mask!!!!!

My first impression just walking into the salon immediately made me feel pampered. This was my first time getting a HydraFacial, so at first I was definitely intimidated and a little skeptical trusting someone else to touch my face- but based on their apparent maintenance and upkeep of the spa, as it was both beautifully decorated and meticulously clean, it was obvious I was in good hands. Upon entering I was warmly invited and greeted with a friendly smile. In addition to being a few minutes late to the first appointment of the day, I had also forgotten to fill out the necessary forms...oops! It was no problem, and they were nothing but accommodating.Now for the real highlights- the facial was life changing and I am so happy with the results! Id like to think I take pretty good care of my skin, but the HydraFacial really demonstrated how important it is to get a more invigorating treatment on a regular basis. Aside from my glowing face, the results were literally proven by the residue container I was shown after the procedure that was filled with all the dirt and grime sucked out of my clogged my pores (kinda gross but also kinda cool). If I wasnt already sold, that would have sealed the deal. Lastly, I had two additional perk treatments (eyes and lips) which felt great and instantly showed results, PLUS you get to takeaway the leftovers for touchups at home (major bonus).All in all, my esthetician was so professional and explained every step of the way; the treatment was fast, painless and simple; Petals Lounge completed the whole experience by making it exceptionally enjoyable. Highly recommend and will absolutely be returning again soon!
