Came here for Clear+Brilliant treatments 3x now, and each time the esthetician performing the procedure was top notch. All were very friendly with great bedside manner, communicative about the procedure, and told me things about my skin I never knew before! The Medspa itself has been running right on time for every single appointment, and the desk staff was very accommodating (especially during 2020 when COVID made visit more challenging). After coming here multiple times for a laser facial (which Id never had before!), I can confidently say I would recommend this place to anybody interested in Clear+Brilliant!

I had an appointment with Susan to do my Botox. I was a little nervous being im a guy and have had resting lines on my forehead I wanted to see look a little better. After just moving to NYC from Los Angeles, Im incredibly fortunate Ive found Skinny Medspa. I wanted to find a one stop shop that for all of my beauty needs. Not only was I blown away by how stunning the W 57th Street location is, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I received a full consultation with my first visit to discuss all of the different service offerings and immediately felt very excited about the breath of knowledge of the staff. I didnt feel as though they were trying to oversell me on any service and they really cared about making sure I felt comfortable. My first visit, I had Botox injected and was a bit nervous (given I have had Botox injected before and was not happy with the results). Not only did my Botox set perfectly, I even cancelled the complimentary follow up appointment, where they provide additional units if needed, because my injections were done so accurately and naturally the first visit. I cannot wait to go back and experience the other services they have to offer. Susan was my nurse for my injections and I would recommend her 100% to anyone who visits. A 5 star experience all around!

I had a series of 4 chemical peels. Usually I would go to the location on 57st (which is absolutely amazing), but I figured I’d give this one a shot because it’s just more convenient for me. What a Big mistake. The staff was great and very friendly as far as greeting goes ; but the service was extremely subpar. The lady showed no interest or care at all for the procedure and literally did not give me ONE piece of advice as far as after care or anything which I find extremely unprofessional & careless especially in such a sensitive procedure. Not helpful at all

I am so disappointed! I had coolsculpting done on my upper and lower stomach last year and had no results! I actually have now a weird indentation on my upper stomach from where the machine was. I have been on a rigorous diet and I have actually lost weight everywhere else except my stomach so I am not sure if the procedure has made my fat even more stubborn! The staff was pleasant and professional, but that’s the only positive thing I can say about the experience. The procedure was a total waste of money.

It was such a pleasant experience and I actually went back for an additional session considering how easy and enjoyable the first one went & of course because it would provide my most ideal results. I had the clear & brilliant procedure with Zasha. She thoroughly went over my skin concerns (sun spots and pigmentation due to post-masking acne! #covid). We discussed available options for me. I had thought perhaps the VI Peel would suit me concerns, but she recommended the Clear & Brilliant laser instead. She explained what to expect and how the treatment would be best for me. I am happy I took her recommendation. My skin did experience the normal redness, but I felt my skin was glowing. The next day after my treatment my skin was much less red and looks plump. The texture of my skin was definitely smoother and tighter. I even noticed that some of my sun spots were definitely lighter. Zasha went through post care with me and what to avoid for about a week as my skin did it’s thang. She recommended to do a few sessions to keep up the skin gains. I definitely will be seeing her again. I am actually visiting NYC from Miami, but I travel back and forth often. I will definitely make sure to see her next month! Totally recommend the treatment.
