The worst place ever! I went to solve a problem I left with a bigger problem. The physician burnt me and turned to an ugly scars. The owner refused to hear my complaint. She dismissed me! I’m so raged from her reaction and how she dealt with the situation. She’s greedy person, she always changes the workers after not paying on time.

Worst experience ever! I ordered the Vella shap treatment, and the machine stopped working in the middle of the session. Shani the manager was very rude. Rushing me out the treatment room because she had other clients.

I went in for a different reason, then found out they now do fat freezing. The doctor was friendly, really knowledgeable, and the price was surprisingly reasonable. I already lost several inches and recommend these people to anyone wanting to get rid of stubborn fat. I cannot recommend these people highly enough.

This is a lovely place, clean with professional and caring staff. The atmosphere is calming, with a nice quiet sitting area to wait. Amazing services, clean and super efficient services. Andrea is really friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to continue laser here.

Beautiful salon with amazing service! I started coming here for laser hair removal about a year ago and I am so satisfied with the results. I feel like a completely different person! I didnt even bring a razor in my last vacation. Throughout the treatments, Andrea was incredibly sweet and she was always accommodating of my busy schedule. I have recommended her to all of my family and friends.

After my liposuction i developed hard fatty pockets (felt like lumps) on both sides of my thighs. Had cousultation with Bioskin Laser, turns out its common. They suggested to try Vela Shape III machine. Three to four treatments spaced two weeks apart. I had brilliant results from only tree treatments - with lumpy and bumpy being reduced to half inch each side.

Amazing laser hair salon! Both the laser technicians that work there are super kind, funny, caring, attentive and they go above and beyond to help get rid of your unwanted hair. When you visit, they make you feel comfortable and give you whatever you need during your treatment. Also the location is very nice and the salon itself is very clean and beautifully designed! I love going because I always feel so much better after my visit and treatment, and I’ve been to a few different laser spas but I definitely recommend this one, it’s the best!!

Bio Skin Laser is great. I got a deal on groupon for 1000$ for 6 full body sessions of laser hair removal. Awesome results from the very first session and on. Its a small place but everything is very clean, well decorated and organized. The people working there are very nice and I felt comfortable from the first day. Theyre also very flexible. Love going there. Its a very good price for good quality treatments.

Awesome Clinic. I have had such a great experience. Doing Laser on my bikini line. Awesome results to this day. i tried others that were closer to home .... but no results. I now I am doing my lower legs. I wont say that is doesnt hurt, but technicians has a special touch and are so friendly that the sessions always fly by.

SCAMMERS. DO NOT GO TO BIOSKIN LASER AT ANY COST. I had 8 laser hair appointments here and did not notice ANY change. Not a single hair was gone. THE SAME thing happened to my mother. They then convinced me that I need more sessions so I repurchased a 7 session package. My November appointment comes around and I get a call ONE HOUR before my appointment saying the machine is broken and I cant come in. My next appointment was supposed to be in December and they called me less than 2 days before my appointment to tell me their NJ office will be closed PERMANENTLY and that I can no longer come in. I tell them that I just purchased 7 sessions and I need to speak to a manager so they tell me I have to send an email. I did just that and got NO RESPONSE. I then tried calling and no one ever picked up. A while later I get a message saying I need to text them and when I do they ghost me AGAIN. THEY KNEW their office was closing and yet they still took my money and didnt tell me. They are thieves and their machines are all broken and dont work. OH and I recently consulted with another laser office and they told me that using a YAG machine is illegal in NJ without a physician present. Bioskin laser used a YAG machine on my body without any physician in site. ALSO I was told by the other laser office that switching machines will ruin your laser progress and bioskin laser changed machines on me at LEAST 3 times. I suggest you go somewhere else. These people are thieves.

Bioskin laser hair removal Center has great prices and deals! Their work is fast an epic! The location in Upper East Side is my favorite because they have the most painless and up-to-date machines there. When I get laser done again I will always go here. I highly recommend this place!

My face is in complete hives ! Itching and burning. I am in tears. I purchased a package and I would like a refund. They denied my request and refuse to speak to me. Initially they told me they were extremely sorry and that the woman who did my face was brand new. Now they are telling me that they cannot help me and that the woman is extremely experienced. I am so scared right now and my money is gone because they will not refund me. Please do not book with them! These women are awful. I wish I could attach pictures of my face!I do not know what to do!Please be careful.

I thought the technicians were very good. I had 4 facials since the last spring in Englewood, NJ. The experience could be greatly enhanced with soothing spa music and mood lighting. I did not feel relaxed during the treatments. I suggested the changes but nothing was done.

The place is nice, it’s clean and it looks professional. But I did not have the greatest experience.I bought a groupon for vela shape, which says is 30 minutes, and I got 20 min sessions. The manager said it was because of my size and shape, so I think they should put that on the description of the treatment instead.Also, the second time I was there, one of the employees offered me to get a cool sculpting treatment on my “love handles” for $100. I accepted and the session went great, until I went there to pay, and she charged me $200, one for each area, because she used two of the suction hose they use. Which I would have understood if she had explained before applying the treatment, but not when she made me believe it was only a 100. I thought it was charged as one area, like underarms.But well at the end, I payed for it, and I did let her know that I was very upset about her behavior.So, if you go there, Make sure the price they give you at the beginning, is the price you will pay at the end.On the other hand, the last time I went there to finish the treatment I had bought in Groupon (vela shape), there was this other girl, and she was super nice, and the session went great, she even gave me a draining massage at the end and I really felt the difference.

Just had my session with Andrea. I had read reviews before going and knew she is personable, knowledgeable and kind. She is great! Explained the procedure and what I need to do afterwards. Also explained other services they offer. Place is clean and comfortable-definitely going back!

I had the fat freezing treatment done in June. Place was clean and the receptionist/esthetician seems to be a nice person, but she did not explain anything about the procedure just took me to the room and start placing the machine handle on my stomach. She did not come to the room to check on me during the machine was on..When the machine turn off she even did not come to the room. The handles were fall off from my stomach and I had to put them on the side and I had to call her few times. When she appears she just say, its finish you can go home with no inf.. about after care..The procedure was soon painful that I could not even walk for about haft hour. I think she place the handle in wrong way..After 3 months I did not see any results, not even one inch lost.

I purchased an unlimited packaged for cold sculpting from Dr. Dan and the first few sessions went ok until he had a falling out with the owner of BioLaser and I have been chasing him for almost a year now with no luck for treatment as BioLaser refused to honor my package. I’m pissed frankly and feel scammed!

I purchased 4 fat freeze treatments on groupon. Cant really say yet if it worked, because I just got it done today and a week ago. I love how friendly thr ladies who work here are. I plan on trying their other services, and more fat freeze treatments depending on my results :) highly recommend this location

One of my favorite places. Ive been a loyal client for a little over 2 years. I started at the Midtown location but this Uptown office is sooo much closer to my apartment and its classy. The technicians are awesome. I started wit LHR but theres always something to be improved and Bio Skin is awesome at keeping me beautiful. Their newest machine is called Cool Fat Cryo, its the best device for removing little pouches that working out at the gym isnt getting.

I recently had Pixel laser resurfacing and micro needeling at Bio Skin laser. The procedure itself was not painful, the downtime was one day. I could say it is an effective treatment for my acne scars and pigmentation, that I couldnt remove gentle treatments.

I was very happy with the treatment, the place is very well kept and the staff was very helpful. They seems to know a lot about skin care.
