I’ve gotten laser hair removal treatments at several different places and Satori is by far the best! The staff is super friendly and the office is very clean. Tsira is SO nice and extremely professional. Lastly — the results are fantastic. It does take multiple rounds before you see a noticeable difference but that’s pretty standard. Highly recommend!!

I was very nervous to get my treatment done. I had my first session of the Brazilian laser hair removal and so thankful for the wonderful Hanna!!! She was very patient and gentle. Obviously extremely well skilled. Hallelujah I went when she was there. I got lucky to get her. I bought a couple of packages and will only be booking with her. She was just perfect and made sure to check in if I was uncomfortable, which I never was. Love the energy of this place, everyone is great and happy. I discovered this place from my friend who recommended me because she’s so happy with the results. At first I was skeptical because I have never done any procedure to remove my hair. I started with my underarms to try and after first session you can already see a drastic change. On my third session I added my Legs. I wasn’t really comfortable wearing shorts during summer because of my hair and now I can flaunt my skin. Everyone here is super nice, I think I haven’t been to any place that give me so much good energy. I went to Satori per a coworkers recommendation, and I’ve been going to the 34th st location for the past few months. The staff at this location is very welcoming, the facility itself is really clean and I feel taken care of every-time I’ve gone. The technicians are friendly, they make sure to ask how I’m feeling throughout the appointment and it helps that we are able to chat throughout the process to take my mind off the actual laser, haha!

I started laser hair removal for my full legs yesterday at the 34th street location. The office is so spacious and clean. Even the rooms are large. Check-in was very easy (contactless with safety measures in place).I have done laser removal on other parts of my body at several other spas. This is by far the next experience I have had. Satori only works with laser removal so its their speciality and their technicians only work with laser removal. I had Tsira who was amazing but Im sure they all are. Rachel, the owner, is also really friendly, knowledgeable and informative. They used the candela pro max laser that includes cryogen blasts to cool your skin after each laser. I didnt have any problems sitting through the entire legs procedure which took less than an hour. They also easily worked around my tattoo.If youre looking for a spot to begin or continue your laser treatment this is hands down the best place to go.Open now with safety measures in place. I have been getting laser for about a year now. When I moved to NYC, I spent a lot of time researching where to put my trust. I was weary at first so I decided to go to a consultation. The place is very clean, and staff are very friendly. They will get up and greet you and help you if you don’t understand. The aestheticians are very knowledgeable. You can tell by talking to them, that they are the best at what they do. Everything they said will happen, happened exactly in the order they told me. They are also very affordable and patient the times I get sensitive to the laser. I wish there were more Satori’s around the country so that I would have started with them, and saved myself the headaches. They are seriously the BEST

Satori Laser not only has incredible prices but also wonderful results & staff! I’ve been a happy customer for 1.5 years now and while the process has been delayed due to covid, I’m still getting excellent results for my Brazilian and underarms and it helps that as soon as they reopened they take their covid precautions very seriously. One piece of advice: Hanna is the best!! She has a bubbly personality and makes sure you’re never in pain by distracting you with fantastic conversation. This is the BEST place for laser. Over the past 2 years I have had many different areas treated. It does NOT hurt as much as some other places because when they are using the laser, I think it pumps out cold burst of air before ( or at same time) as the laser. The rooms and equipment are all spotless. I usually buy packages when they have specials ( which is pretty often) I usually dont ask for anyone when I go in for laser because they are all great. I cant imagine why anyone would shave or wax when they can have laser done. You will thank me after you try it!

BUYER BEWARE This place is a rip off and a scam they first told my husband 12 sessions is all He should need when He started....when those 12 sessions were up they told him he would need another 6 now they are telling him He needs 6more .... after all the money We spent there My husband still have not had the results We where promised.....after his last session they had the nerve to ask for a tip ....dont ever cancel same day as your appointment because they do things like If you are unable to make your appointment they tell you there will be a 45% charge of your services due, or you would be limited to booking your appointment on the same day you want to try to come in. My last straw was when He made a appointment and We wanted to buy more sessions at that appointment but because My husband had canceled same day as his appointment they were going to charge him $50 when He did buy more sessions ......that was it We will find another place Im over it.....the workers are fake nice to you and rush through your session if they have someone else waiting. All they care about at Satori laser is the money dont waist your time

The team here is phenomenal! Waxing, constant shaving, ingrown hairs, and hyperpigmentation from ingrown hairs are in the past for me now, and I couldn’t be happier. The technicians are amazing—shoutout to Hanna, my tech who makes the sessions such a breeze! For Black women like myself suffering from keratosis pilaris (aka strawberry legs), laser hair removal will be your best option for treatment by literally eliminating the problem at the root. I LOVE Satori Laser ! So far I have had 2 sessions done on my underarms, and 1 session on my upper lip. Being a Latina, my hair is VERY dark and thick. Looking into hair removal options I saw that Satori had great reviews. I tried it, and now I’m obsessed! Satori is by far very affordable compared to other places, yet they spare no expense to make sure that there lobby and private rooms are very clean and modern! Even the bathrooms are nice LOL. Not to mention there friendly and inviting staff. I left Satori with smooth skin and seen results fast! With consistent sessions you will be hairless in no time. Cant wait to finish up my sessions on my underarms, I have already seen a major difference. My hairs grow back very thin and very slow. I shave once MAYBE twice between the 6 week sessions! That’s a lot less than what I was doing before. Highly recommend.

The new location is bigger and even has security on the first floor. It is also very beautiful and clean. I had zero wait time and the front desk was very welcoming and offered complimentary coffee/tea/water. All of my experiences at Satori have been positive as my hair growth has significantly decreased and Tsira has been my favorite technician! They give you a free consultation first and keep a record of your previous appointments. I went to the new Herald Square location for my underarm session and it was hassle-free as always. I used to go to the Penn Station one, but followed my technician over to the Herald Square location. The new location is bigger, brighter and feel very modern. I recommend the place.

I usually visit the penn station location but wanted to visit their newest location during their grand opening weekend. They had some great specials going on so wanted to take advantage. I love the new location - its on the second floor or a much bigger building with a security guard in the lobby. It feels safer and the facilities are like 10x larger. Its spotless and everything is so clean and white. I didnt have to wait long for my appointment and was seen by Tsira. I havent had her before but most of the girls are great. They have a record of your history and depending on the session they may increase the power so that it shows in the results. Ive noticed great results in the past years that Ive been coming to Satori and highly recommend it!

I have been to various locations (8th avenue and 14th street) in the past but this is the most conveniently located and even bigger than the other ones Ive been to.Booking an appointment is an easy process and checking-in once you arrive is quite efficiently.Front desk staff are super friendly as so are their laser technician.They use the latest and most effective laser technology and I am loving my results (I have done underarms and Brazilian). I have been to other laser places in the past and the results do not compare. They use aloe and lavender oil once you are done, which I love.Even better, they have sales on a regular basis making it quite affordable.Will keep coming back!

This place is great! I started out just wanting to get my Brazilian and upper lip done -- I then also did my underarm -- and then lower leg and knee. Lasering is a game changer. Ive been going to Tsira for a year and a half for my sessions now and shes great. Very helpful and so good at what she does.
