Very fortunate to have met Ed.Shopping for luxury goods can be a gruesome experience, especially if you have no idea what youre doing. My purchase at London was for an engagement ring setting. This process was proven to be more complicated than I expected. Since I purchased my stone elsewhere, there were many processes that I was not aware of. For example shipping regulations, appraisals and insurance for jewelry. To ensure I do not make any mistakes in the process, Ed was very patient and equipped me with the knowledge I needed in order to prepare for each step of the way and be confident with my choices (leaving no room for buyers remorse).Many will have their own story for their engagement project - some good and some bad. Im glad mine worked out perfectly!

Had a great experience touring the store. I walk in with intention of celebrating a milestone in my life and wanting a Rolex to celebrate. Although they didnt have any Rolex in inventory, I spoke with a really nice lady Rhonda. We spoke a bit about different models, although I do like Tudor she encourage me to stop to see if they restock on Rolex.

Both Teri and Ed were helpful and went above and beyond from the initial phone call to the moment I walked out with my new watch. I was looking for a Tudor Pelagos to mark a special occasion, and Teri was upfront with pricing and availability during our first phone call, none of the “come in and we can discuss” that you get from a lot of other watch dealers. After finding the watch at one of their other locations, they shipped it in immediately and called me the moment it was available. Will definitely shop here again.

It was a pleasure speaking to Ashley over the phone and meeting you and Ed in person at your Westfield WTC location. You mentioned you had the watch I was seeking but with a fabric band. I came in to try it on but quickly decided I would like the watch with a metal band. Ashley search availability of the watch with a metal band in one of there other locations. Ed Sherwood call that store to confirm it was not spoken for and worked to have it shipped to their WTC location. I was able to pick it up a few days later. I am a very happy & satisfied customer for the quick turn around time on this watch purchase. Prior to my call to Ashley,I did contact one of the London Jeweler Locations by phone in Long Island and they did not offer any assistance to search for the watch since they did not have it in stock within their store. WTC makes every effort to service their customer needs. I look forward to making future purchases at the Westfield WTC location. My brother-in-law also purchased his Rolex here.

I had a personally bad experience with my former watch dealer, who took full payment for 2 watches and had me wait for over 2 years with no product delivered. I found they were just using my “purchase” to bank money in the hope I would buy something else while I waited. A friend recommended I go to London jewelers. This was about 8 months ago! Honestly, I haven’t looked back since!There is more integrity and sincerity with the team and the Staff here than any store I have been to! I mostly work with Ed who is the finest gentleman in the luxury retail industry that I have met! He embraced me as a friend from the offset! John and others are amazing as well! My watch collection is expanding significantly and to brands outside of Rolex sports models!The icing on the cake for me was yesterday!! A Rolex Pepsi for my dad! A dream watch for him, something he originally tried to buy 30+ years ago and couldn’t afford! When I give it to him he will be overwhelmed and it’s because of this team! Rolex buyers beware: there are sales persons in this location that are extremely unprofessional and will lie to customers. Also, the selection of their rolex watches is very limited.This location is close to my work place so I came here to take a look at a Rolex Datejust 36 that Im looking for after reading the positive reviews here. I was greeted by a lukewarm sales person behind the rolex counter after expressing what I want. The selection of Rolex watches is very limited compared to some of the other Rolex authorized dealers Ive visited. The sales indicated that they dont have the one Im looking for, which I am fine with it. However, when I asked if they can order one for me, he immediately started to talk about what a tremendous year rolex has and it is not even possible to order one for me. He said whatever they have in stock are the ones that are available for the rest of the year and this also applies to all rolex authorized dealers worldwide. Seriously? It was only mid-October and what Im looking for a common rolex datejust which should be easy to get compared to sports models.I also chatted a little bit about the pricing as well as availability of other models, he responded in a very sarcastic tone that during his more than 12 years of experience at tourneau and 2 years of experience at London jewelers, he has never seen any discount offered by rolex and he insisted that there is zero chance that this will happen. While every rolex sales will normally start with this statement, most of them are willing to offer some discount for common models in the market when you ask for it or even without asking, especially if you are not looking for a sports model. So I know this guy is full of bs.When I got back home I emailed the London jewelers at Manhasset and they immediately responded that even though they dont have the one Im looking for, they are more than happy to order one for me. Clearly this sales person with more than 12 years of experience at tourneau and 2 years of experience at London jewelers are full of lies.When you are willing to spend tens of thousands of dollars on a watch, you would expect experience that is on par to the money you spend. When the sales is clearly lying to the customers, the customers will never come back and bring all future business to other dealers.The next day I got what I wanted at William Barthman nearby, which provides the real Rolex experience I expect, and with a great price.To the London Jeweler owner:When your sales person is not making any effort to sell when the customer is clearly seriously considering buying watches from your store, he is pushing your business away to the other rolex dealers nearby. If you would like to see, you should continue to let this sales with more than 12 years of experience at tourneau and 2 years of experience at London jewelers to stay at this Manhattan location.

The service is superb my wife bought me a Rolex from here and they were extremely helpful. when i came in a week later they knew me and her by name and were very helpful to go over the watch with me and size it for me.

Traveling in NYC, I purchased a nice pre-owned Omega Seamaster from Dino at London Jewelers.The box and cards were included but the original manual was missing..After almost a week later and thousands of miles away, I called my salesman, Dino, and told him I had called Omega and they wouldnt send me a manual without the dealers assistance..He told me he would look into it and honestly I didnt expect to hear back from him..However, not only did Dino call me on a regular basis updating me of his progress but also he was able to ultimately obtain an original manual for me at no charge at all ..I am very very very impressed and pleased..He could have easily just brushed me off since I had already purchased the watch but he went out of his way to help me to no further benefit to him..Next time Im in NYC I will def stop in and I hope Dino is still there..What a great experience and a welcomed change compared to what I am used to in similar situations..Thanks again Dino..

This was an EXTREME waste of time I had previously visited the Long Isand location helpful and courteous pleasant people that were smart enough to know my ring in detail. This location was very rude when they purse themselves on having a large showroom having many options when in reality they had less. The person helping me was clarissa she not only was basically talking at me not to me telling me what wedding band I should by not hearing my interests only to continuously cut off to have her tell me that CHRIS was the tacori expert and to talk to him I waited a half and hour when Chris was available only to have him abruptly shut me down and tell me he had an appointment and that the ring i had a screenshot of wasnt their ring when infact it was that designer ring I wasted not only my time but my gas and parking 60 parking for and hour wasted I will not be doing business with this location ever! Expert of nothing! Will warn many bridesof this location and its lack there of customer service.
