I needed a nice chain fastttt. I called them and they treated me like VIP and told me to give them 24 hours to find exactly what I wanted and for them to customize it accordingly. Never seen a place work so efficiently and respectfully as they did. They found what I wanted, customized it to what I needed and got it all done and delivered in a matter of 48 hours. We all know gold has been skyrocketing in price but they do their best to accommodate and find you the best bang for your buck. Will definitely be returning for future pieces. They also do everything in house so we don’t get those extra fees.

I brought in my necklace which got scraped up and had a broken clasp during a motorcycle accident, they fixed it back up with a new clasp and polished it very nicely for me within 2 days, i went to pick it up and was very satisfied with how new my necklace looked!!! It was literally as good as new or even better! I would definitely reccomend anyone to bring in their jewelry for service here. They also had a showcase with a lot of beautiful styles. First off I would like to say I do not know anything about diamonds. I stepped into Diamond District Factory unsure of what I was looking for or where to even start, but the employees here definitely made the whole process easier. From start to finish they walked me through the different grades, cuts and sizes. I would gladly say I ended up getting a custom piece and by far its the best money I ever spent.

My husband had purchased a few necklaces for me as gifts but unfortunately they did not “fit me well” is the best way to explain it. So recently I decided I wanted to repurpose some of my jewelry instead of wasting a gift! I went to this factory and omg were they helpful! I wanted to repurpose a necklace that was too long for me into a layered anklet. The Boss took the time to explain what’s the best way to repurpose it AND she knew what would work and what would not work. She took the time to make sure the diamonds were set in a way so it didn’t flip when I was wearing it! If you don’t call that detailed work idk what to say! Anyway long story short, I would totally recommend this place to everyone and I am already putting in orders for some custom jobs! Pricing is very reasonable for the amazing job they do! This place is truly a hidden gem. I broke one of my favorite necklace and after few attempts of fixing it myself, I gave up.Fortunately, I came across this place. They were professional and offer fast repair. Overall, I am very satisfied and my necklace came out looking brand new. I would totally recommend this place.

All under one roof.Through sheer luck, I stumbled upon Diamond District Factory and am grateful I did, I will definitely be recommending their services to all of my friends and family.

At first I was very uncertain to take my most important jewelries passed on from my nana for repairs and maintenance. The workers and especially the manager at the Factory made me feel welcomed and safe to entrust my beloved items to their care. They are very professional and courteous to the customers and very reasonable with the pricing.
