I went here to get my engagement ring resized and he stole a diamond from the ring and returned it back to me. The resizing job was pathetic and when I asked him to fix it he didnt do anything. He probably stole some gold too since the color of the ring changed. When i asked to put the diamond back, he put it back but it looks so terrible.Stay clear of this place!!

Oh my! This place is amazing. We walked in with a bunch of jewelry to be fixed. The gentleman immediately started fixing the jewelry and what needed extra repair is scheduled to be ready i just a few days. Highly recommend. Quick service and reasonable pricing.

Dishonest. My wife had him replace my watch band (which had one leather security loop missing) with one that did not fit, and when she called him within less than an hour he claimed that he had thrown out the original. When she went back a few days later, she was initially given a different, more casual style band, and when she objected replaced it with my original band, which he claimed was new, without giving her a refund. She was able to identify my watch band because it had normal wear and tear and one missing loop. Even so, I believe that she only got a refund, which she had to ask for, because there were other customers who witnessed the incident.

Paul at Lexington provided an on-the-spot expert written insurance appraisal for a reasonable flat fee, vs. crazy high charges at other neighborhood jewelers. When the insurance company replied to ask for more detail, Paul redid the appraisal quickly and cheerfully. Highly recommended.
