The ring I ordered is spectacular; it’s everything I wanted. The sapphire is a beautiful, clean, shimmering stone. The platinum setting with the very white halo of diamonds is the perfect accompaniment. Sam Arnstein was an excellent communicator and the process ran smoothly. I was particularly impressed with their security protocols and their care with shipping. Great customer service was evident throughout the entire process. The ring was not for a wedding, but something I bought for myself.

I recently worked with Sam at The Natural Sapphire Company to source my stone and design my custom wedding set with my fiance and we could NOT be happier with the process or how my rings turned out!!!I originally found a stone online and within 2-3 days it was shipped to me so that I could see it in person. Once I saw it in person I realized I needed to see other sapphires in order to pick my main stone so I made an appointment to see a few at their HQ in NYC. Sam went out of his way to select other similar stones on top of the 4 I had pre-selected to view which was super helpful. I never once felt pressured to purchase which is so important with such a special piece of jewelry. Pushy salesmanship has no place in engagement rings and I can happily say there was NONE here - I really felt totally comfortable working with Sam and my fiance agreed that the entire process was seamless. We picked our stone on 7/2, had a design finalized by 7/6 (overall I received about three different renderings as I worked with them to make the ring), and received my engagement ring and wedding band on 7/29, so all in all from start to finish the process took about a month.Both Sam and Katherine were available on chat multiple times throughout the process when I had questions about putting stones on hold, certifications, or shipping questions which I appreciated a lot.All in all, the work they did speaks for itself (my ring is absolutely beautiful and my fiance are obsessed haha). This was a ring for my 10 year anniversary, custom designed using a sapphire I selected from their website, and created to match my current wedding band. What sets this company apart is the detail and quality of the stones, the wide array of setting choices, the service, and the documentation/presentation on the jewellery. I loved the process, the meticulous attention to detail by Lauren and the team, the many tweaks and adjustments to the design, and of course, the final product is amazing. Ive attached two pictures in different light to show the ring design.The CAD pictures were very helpful. I elected to have a wax model created (well worth it!), and the pictures were identical to the final ring. The ring has surpassed my expectations! Once I picked the stone, I sent her a few images of a band style I liked and she sent me rendered images back with the band and stone combined. The ring turned out absolutely stunning and I wouldnt change a thing! (It even changes colors based on the lighting) I had such a great experience that I am now looking forward to designing my wedding band with Lauren. :)

Could not possibly be happier with my engagement ring experience than with Lauren and Natural Sapphire. I was in the midst of ring shopping when the pandemic started, which meant I had to pivot quickly and do most of my shopping online. While picking out something like an engagement is harrowing enough in-person, I was fully expecting shopping online to be a nightmare, particularly for sapphires which do not have anywhere near (generally speaking) the same level of documentation and info as diamonds. I had so many questions: how would I know the stone was legit? How would it actually look in the light vs. the photos? What if I didnt like it with the setting? What about post-purchase care if something goes wrong?From my first email to the ring showing up at my door, Lauren did an amazing job putting my mind to ease. Not only did the gems have way more documentation and third-party reports than other sites and stores, Lauren went above and beyond to mock up several different 3D versions of the ring with different stones, send me videos of the stones I was interested in, take videos of how each stone looked next to each other, and give her opinion of what would look best in the setting I picked out. Besides the ring itself Lauren was amazing to work with -attentive, followed up and made the experience easy. Lauren also provide a pretty comprehensive list of post-purchase amenities (free lifetime warranty, free first time resizing, lost pave in first year) which made me confident that if any issues happened Lauren & Natural Sapphire would have my back. I had a great experience working with Katherine Hoyt at NSC. She was very prompt and helpful in communication while not being overbearing. The first ring I ordered for an engagement didnt come out quite as anticipated but the return process was really easy and they were accommodating in the process of exchanging it for a new one and prorating it with what I had paid for the first. My only advice is that the photos on the website show the stones in the best light possible so I recommend asking for pics/videos of a stone in some different lights. I would definitely recommend!

So I decided to build myself a promise ring. Im in love with pink and purple so I looked at a few stones that were ordered by the place that I got my setting from and they just werent right and neither was the price for what my options were with them. Side note Im kind of picky. They pulled in three stones and none of them were right. Even though I put half down on a stone with them I asked for a refund because I started Googling online and ran across the natural Sapphire company. Their selections were amazing!! The detail and zoom in in the video, descriptions, and everything made it very easy for me to select a FEW stones that I wanted to choose from. I ended up falling in love with one stone that was not the pink color I was originally looking for. I ordered it it came in and I just couldnt decide if I wanted a more purple stone or a more pink one like I originally thought. So before their sale was over I ordered two more. Because I really wanted to see them and their return policy made me feel comfortable enough to look at the stone and then send them back. After getting the other two stones in although I felt totally in love with one of the other Stones as well I had to convince myself to choose one. Just one. I almost cried. Because these stones are so gorgeous! The second one I fell in love with was the most beautiful fuchsia colored Sapphire I have ever seen! The cut was gorgeous it leaned beautifully and shined gorgeously in the light. But for some reason its still didnt feel like my stone. The original Stone was my stone for this particular promise ring because of how beautifully flawed it was. My stone its not heat treated at all. Has the most gorgeous flaw that looks like the universe or a Galaxy to me. I call her my little dirty girl because I am too just a little. But shh. Its rare to find a raw Sapphire first of all second this one is the most beautiful purple and when hit by certain lights it flickers right fuchsia. Its also diamond cut which is also rare for sapphires to be cut that way. I feel very blessed to have found the perfect stone for this promise ring to myself. Its a really important ring for me because I feel like I lost myself in my last relationship and I want to remind myself that I am worth my weight in diamonds, gold, and RAW sapphires! Lauren helped me, she was so patient with my pickiness! And super sweet about it. She really understood how important this was to me. Oddly enough, I dont think that her sweetness was just for me but for anybody ordering through her. She really makes you feel special. With no hassle returns. Then to top this wonderful experience off... I sent her a few pictures of me and how Im always pink and purple from my hair to my car... one of the pictures I had on one of my mermaid tails. Every experience I had with the Natural Sapphire Company was so satisfying and enjoyable! I worked with Michael, and he had the perfect balance of giving options and information, while also giving me space to try things on at my own pace.I first went with my future SIL to look at engagement rings. Michael showed us a bunch of rings, but also some gems that werent in a band yet. He very patiently helped me envision one of the gems I liked with a halo in a pave band. He then worked with my future SIL and fiance over email to get the exact dimensions and details to perfection. My fiance said that Michael sent over multiple 3D renderings so they would know exactly what the ring would look like.We were so happy with the ring and experience, that we decided to email Michael about wedding bands as well. Since several months, I pursued an idea which became stronger and stronger. I wanted to surprise my wife with a pendant of a blue stone. It would have to be the blue of a not too intense or dark sapphire which has a nice brilliance. I knew that my wife would prefer to have a single sapphire without any diamonds or other surrounding stones. It would have been an option to choose the most minimalistic design, by just presenting the stone in the simplest scaffold. On the other hand, I always feared a bit that especially stones with larger depth could easily turn. To prevent this and also to give to the pendant a bit more size, I thought it would be nice to have a light floral design of simplified petals surrounding a round or oval sapphire.It was not easy to find a reliable source of blue sapphires with a large choice to identify the perfect stone for my idea. I was initially not expecting to find anywhere an uncomplicated solution, to generate a pendant just at the same place where purchasing the stone. I assumed this would only work in 2 independent steps, to have a perfect stone and a customized design of good quality. However, with The Natural Sapphire Company I found exactly such a setting. The vast variety of exceptionally well-documented stones is really compelling. And it was especially thanks to Lauren Kelly-Nelson that I dared to realize this idea.Lauren did a great job in elaborating my raw idea and translating it with highest professionalism and sensitivity into a beautiful unique design. Highly, highly recommend!!

Ive had my now engagement ring from the Natural Sapphire Company for about 2 weeks now and could not be happier. The amount of options to choose from (both in terms of stones and settings) along side the quality of ring itself once it arrived are truly incredible! I mustve spent weeks looking through all the options before deciding on my ring, and when I say it surpassed my expectations I mean it. Would absolutely recommend this company!

Ordered an engagement ring delivered to Sydney Australia. Was made and shipped from New York.We narrowed down the sapphire and ring and were provided with 3 really useful 3d images of the combined result.Nancy was assigned to help us and was very helpful throughout the process and answered my queries quickly and accurately.We got the ring size wrong originally and Nancy arranged for the ring to be returned, resized and shipped back to us. We only paid for the postage back.End result is a beautiful ring and we couldnt be happier with it.Great company would recommend to anyone looking for a sapphire ring.
